Starvault today was the 3rd biggest loser on the entire exchange, coming in at .10SEK ( $.01 USD-yes a Penny) This would be an ideal time for Henrik and friends to buy back the shares they sold earlier this year to keep MO afloat. Seems like a no brainer if they truly believe things can turn around. You stock buying fans might want to get on this all time low too!!! $$$ http://www.aktietorget.se/QuotesInstrument.aspx?Language=2&InstrumentID=SE0002149369
I would not have suspected the stock to decline with the Awakening patch looming, rather strange. |

Technically it's down 28.57% as far as I see from that site, not 30% which equates to the stock dropping 4 ONE HUNDREDTHS of a cent (-.04). Big whup. But what I find more amusing is that people here shit all over percentage points when the news is positive (i,e. sales increased 50%) but when the news is negative then percentage points lead and are inflated. I guess it sounds sexier than 4 onehundreths of a cent.

You fail to grasp that percentages with known values are definitive. ie SV B stock dropped 28.57% going from $640,389 USD to $471,865 USD = loss of $168,524 USD Saying "X" increased by 50% means little to nothing.

Originally posted by ltank Sales increased by 50% = they sold three box copies in the last quarter instead of two in the previous quarter. Look, I can make up funny numbers too! The one number that no one can dispute is that the company has been running at a loss and can not continue to lose money indefinately. You fanbois better start putting your money where your mouth is and start buying up some shares at the current ALL-TIME low price of one penny a share! |

Dawntide is bust, Elder Scrolls going some level/class fuck around, Darkfall2 is yet to give indication, Fallen Earth is run by morons, Secret World has gone sticky target, MO seems the only aim skill bassed game running atm. The Repopulation might be a glimmer of hope but we shall have to see how that pans out. Embers of Caerus looks fantstic, made by gamers for gamers. But they may be a while off. All is all not much hope for the true pvp skill based sandbox genre.

Don't know if you guys rem game called Dark and Light, well these the guys tht bought the code, http://www.snailgame.net/en/dnl_e.shtml I always thought DnL would be awesome for pvp as its truely huge, good areas to build castles and siege, good room to make alliancea in and have huge battles, supports good flying mechanics, the code is before its time, you can parachute, you can snowboard in winter. They just need to get rid of the classes and levels and just have skills, I'd start with human only PCs and then after a few years a few more, like UO did, just start slow, make sure the dynamics are excellent. I think EoC might surprise yas, I know some of the guys there, they all have 20+ years gaming xp, they all know how to code, The all want full loot world pvp and they know PvPers in a MMO need something to fight over, like resources. |

Funny how you try to minimize the loss, yet make a big deal it returns. As stated earlier SV stock stagnating or declining pending a "major patch" goes against past performance. I dont think investors are willing to buy into what Henriks selling. Henrik running his mouth about EVE like numbers in 5 years yet the stock hasn't been over .14 SEK in 3+ months.

Originally posted by ilives well D&L never really released the game was shut down for using software they had not licensed. Hardly comparable to MO really in any way really. there are 2 types of mmo, imitators and innovaters. |
