Those who visit this forum often or simply bother to visit couple pages back/use google already know the amount of bullshit Frogster is pulling their customers thru with hundreds of people not being able to access the game they paid for and what not.

Here is my little adventure with Frogster so far:

April 23 = Upgrade to standard from preorder version payment goes thru but account does not upgrade

-Game Launches- My account does not work due to said "innofensive bug"

May 5 = Get tired of waiting and i phonecall them up, apparently they couldn´t find my account info on a 4 line ticket consisting mostly about "This shit happened to me, here is my info" and they assure me  that now that they got my paypal info they can fix it in" a couple days at max, most prolly that same evening" once they confirm the transaction went thru

May 12: ...... me waiting and wondering if Frogster is just trolling me.

If you want to read a few more horror stories you just need to visit their forums, although they erased/blocked most complain threads by now, you can find them if you use the search feature.

Well, I am a long time on and off player of Runes of Magic which I think they did an amazing job with...but I am not the least bit surprised that a game that has been out for over a year in Asia, still in the condition its in and on top of it being pushed as a sub game even though its no better than a F2P game...that it is going to have massive issues.

Tera doesnt have the backing to last as a P2P game...these games require regular big updates, far deeper gameplay and a story that isnt out of whatever planet this is from...even Japanese reviews stated the story was generic and didnt make sense!

Here is yet another example of why no one in their right mind should deal with Frogster. Do any of you remember a game called TCoS? (The Chronicles of Spellborn). From start to finish it was a typical example of how Frogester and Acclaim operated. Look at the details in the wiki, they speak for themselves.

When you have to defend an MMORPG with things like "seamless world" and "graphics" it shows the depth of the overall game is greatly hurting. didnt say story, didnt say crafting, roleplaying, quests, quest variety, guild system, pvp, challenge...I could go on but there is no point. You made a poor argument for a reason. The game isnt very good and has little to offer in terms of quality.

Fail defense failed, next time try a chewbacca defense...its the only thing that could help you.

Most game don't have amazing crafting system, its there for gold sink and time waster. Majorty never get in to crafting. Roleplaying has nothing to do with the game itself, its the community that decent if they want to roll play or not, and FYI Tera has offical RP servers. Quest is the same old same old like most mmorpgs. Guild system is great, up to 300 people and guild wars are 24hrs long. Also you can run for vanarch with yoru guild through getting votes or through battle ground pvp. PvP is subjective really but all the classes are really well balanced not one class thats really OP no matter who plays it. and you seriously want to talka bout challenge in Tera? Lets put it this way the easister hard mode dungeon in Tera is about 10x harder than most dungeon and raids in all other games. And hard as in skill lvl required not gear lvl required. And how is seamless world and graphic not part of the game quailty? If your look at it all day visual is very important, and seamless world give sense of explortation w/o having to go from loading screen to load screen to go anywhere.

Its funny how people never play the game try to nick pick and fails all the time.

We are here to bash on frogster on actual facts, not to bash Tera or Aion!

Nobody gives a damn about crafting.  Quest variety is a myth, even in WOW you're just doing the exact same damn thing over and over again, they just put a different mask on stuff.  The storyline is about as good as any other game short of SWTOR, which is fine because nobody actually reads the damn quest dialogues, the guild systems are fine (GvG), the PvP is as good as any MMO on the market if not better, and the hard modes dungeons are very challenging.

I could go on, but there is no point.  You made a poor argument, the game is good as has a lot to offer in terms of quality.

Freedom of speech needs to be legislated on forums.  I'm really sick of company's being able to control their own image by making sure their forum is the best place to talk whilst also erasing any negative information about themselves.

So today after almost ONE MONTH they managed to fix my account upgrade issue and guess what?

They managed to spiral my account down to two different new account bugs.

Well played Frogster, well played, i guess i will be playing Tera by Christmas.

Frogster is full of retards and liers, don't give money to them. Not to mention they further censored the game to keep the pegi 12+ so patches will come more later compared to the Us version because they have to censor stuff. These germans are sick.

My suggestion is play on EME server and let Frogster sink in despair till they close Tera Eu or pass the license to someone more competent (really hope so).

Acrtually i'm not playing and i'm waiting or Frogster fail or EME open an east coast server for europeans.

They fixed my unavailable bug today after 1 month of phoning them.

But they managed to bug my account further making it unable to set up a subscription (Option greyed out like back in the beta ) and it says i have no subscription despite the fact that in the very same page it says i got 45 free days.
