I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. I have the day off and will play every hour of it. However, I will say I think it's odd to have a stress test during business hours on a monday. I would think they would want to extend it by another three hours, I'm sure they can afford overtime for the proper staff to do so. I any event, I'm psyched. :) Want to know more about GW2 and why there is so much buzz? Start here: Guild Wars 2 Mass Info for the Uninitiated |

Originally posted by Kost Yeah, they are probably just checking the login servers so there wont be a repeat of the friday bo-bo they had last BWE. I don´t think anyone interested in D3 would decide to wait a few months for GW2 just because they have a stress test the day before release, and I don´t think anyone should wait. Gw2 wont be out for a while so trying to steal players from releasing games makes no sense, particularly games from another genre. |

OK, so given that this takes place on a monday afternoon, if they really do stress the servers, does that proove that virtually every GW2 player is unemployed? |

Excellent. I am very curious to see if they have made any significant improvements over the last couple of weeks.
See you all there. When all has been said and done, more will have been said than done. |

They are pretty smart. Let us play on Monday and we'll get even more sick from the GW2 withdrawl on Tuesday and D3 will only feel meaningless. |

I'm hoping that this stress test is all about getting ready for a full 3day test the weekend after. Need to download the client now I hope it's up for download tonight. Does anyone know if the dL is available? It wasn't the other day when I checked.

Players come for the game, but they stay for the people- Most Devs have forgotten this. |
