Same here i thing the character was so awesome with my best name (couldn't beleive it wasn't taken), i think thats what corrupted the server, such an awesoem name untaken, its like dividing by zero.

I was able to log in fine with a new toon. However I logged out again and back in because I wanted to chose a server not be allocated one. And although it was still 5 mins to official start time, my original beta server where my other toons are was tagged Full.

It is annoying that we cant seem to chose a server from the list currently. The game locks up everytime I go to world select to chose another server.

Im getting a little lag, turned settings too low and set GW2.exe to high priority, that helped.

So far no crash issues, or log in issues

Sorry to hear you guys are getting that. I hope you make it in game, its amazing.

I'm in but can't find one person in mists, I'm not press. Just died trying to take over a keep solo...got taken by guards, I'm on eu server that was chosen for the meet up

 The funny thing is I'm not, Im trying to take a keep solo! No ones replying in local chat (don't know how far it goes out)

Connected, made char, watched into, blacked out, had to exit game, now I'm stuck with code 42 - unable to complete operation.

For anyone interested, keeps are certainly not soloable, starting areas are very easy, haven't experience to much lagg.

Now login servers seem to be down, as it changed the error code to 5 - unable to connect to a login server.

I finished the Game Menu|Options quest in the login screen. Where do I hand it in?

Considering that half the humanity tweets the most trivial and uninteresting things about themselves and their lives ad nauseum one would hope the ANet guys would put out some updates out there about what's going on. Not that I'm complaining, it's just as I expected:)
