So can anyone tell me why you need to set up an EU and US side. I know guesting won't work, but it would be weird that they would change a fundamental gamedesign by isolating the servers database wise. GW2 Will have 1 database for names/economy. This is evident from the fact that you can play on any server after launch through guesting. So a guild should be able to span many different servers if they so choose. Or am I wrong about that. So unless it is confirmed that Guilds aren't cross server or that people aren't free to pick which server they want to play on regardless of continent. You might as well be on the same server. The only reason to seperate them is timezones and ping |

Well you can be certain that it won't be cross-servers. since WvWvW is like SvSvS if i'm correct. So would be weird if you can go to different Servers. It is possible however to all go in same server, since i dont have any Ping isseus when connecting on US servers, dunno about the rest though |

Quite the list! Looks like if Tarnished Coast remains a favoured choice amongst role players, that's where I'll be rolling with my guild at launch. But for this weekend, Maguuma it is. Just a reminder, STILL looking for someone to spearhead the EU server, Istan.
