,Soe has amazing customer support,it is unbelevable,game that is allmost dead and 10 minutes after I ask for server transfare I get in game tell from gm asking me to pick up things that I wish to take with me from my house to the new server, and as soon as I told him I picked up the things I wish to have he started character transfare, great work soe. This is Vanguard. I have allways had very fast responce from soe's support in both games I have played both Vanguard and EQ2,fantastic customer support better than any other game developer sooner or later, never hesitate buying SoE games.

One experience is not a big enough sample size to start screaming from the mountain tops that SoE if the best customer support ever seen in any game ever. SWTOR is the greatest mmo ever! |

SOE Deffinitely had the best CS i have ever recieved from any MMO and I have played too many to count. They replaced 300plat from my account when it got hacked in less than 12 hours. That's same day service for me putting in the ticket and having them research and resolve my issue. No company has come close to that kind of service. Bravo SOE. |

I hate SOE, they ruined... EQ,SWG and Planetside, the rest of their games have been rushed shallow messes. However their CS has always been great, they sorted all my issues within 24 hours and most the time within an hour or two. Bioware has the worst CS, they didn't fix a single issue I had with SWTOR. I forgot a secret question answer (they make you have 3) and because I made the account with a name like sfdlhfd they wouldn't give me access lol. On the phone to them I asked them to just reset it, my name is in my email address that I made the account with. They were so dumb... |

I loathe SOE and how they run their business but, regarding customer service in general and Vanguard's in particular, I have to agree. Top notch work from their CSRs and GMs.
Trion's cs deserveses mentioning as also being very good. A man is his own easiest dupe, for what he wishes to be true he generally believes to be true... |

Timely CS I've had: SOE Games - EQ/EQ2/MxO/VG (12-24hrs) WoW (24-48 hrs) SWTOR (12-60 hrs) RIFT (12-24 hrs) How helpful is probably subjective, but SOE CS are very knowledgeable it seems SWTOR were the least helpful/knowledgeable but I would put some of that down to age of the game. My experience of WoW CS staff is they were generally dumb as rocks (with only 1 or 2 exceptions) but with some explaining they seemed to get my points.
Worst customer service , pick any made-to-be-F2P game it's practically non-existent cs in those.

The VG customer Support is excellent and you can even sometimes get help with an in game GM in under 30 min (usually straight away) even before you need to go to the customer service site and sometimese even before getting a ticket. This isn't a signature, you just think it is. |

100% agree in EQ i have allways had great support. Once when i had a problem geting one of my spells to show up on my book i sent a ticket and within 1 hour a gm came to my party but by accident he managed to train our party and wipe it so he not only gave us all 100% rezzes he gave us all some food and 3 bottles of 100% exp potions. |

I've (thankfully) never had to deal with their customer service. I'd always heard it was pretty hellish though. Was kind of waiting for a /sarcasm there. |
