Up yours ea, not buying this playing gw2 instead, for THREE SIDED RVR you know the thing just about everyone in WAR wanted for years but instead got stupid dress up as a rat and a "expansion" that was just a p2w cash shop item.

Have you had the pleasure of total dilletants(to be polite) running amuck on your favourite lore/IP? If no, look no further than Mythic's Warhammer tragicomedy... You'll have countless hours of fun while wondering how can someone destroy such a solid lore... TLDR: Get Mythic out of my Warhammer!!!!!

Exactly... "I should point out that no other company has shipped out a beta on a disc before this." - Official Mortal Online Lead Community Moderator Starvault's reponse to criticism related to having a handful of players as the official "test" team for a supposed MMO: "We've just have another 10ish folk kind enough to voulenteer added tot the test team" (SIC) This explains much about the state of the game :-) |

This game is nothing like DAoC. It's like saying a watercolor finger painting is closer to a Rembrandt than a black and white sketch. It's a meaningless analogy.

Rather shameful, but I can expect nothing more from the people at EA/Mythic. This game basically took scenarios, which were arguably one of the worst parts about Warhammer Online, and made it into it's own game.
I wonder if Games Workshop regrets ever giving them a licence to make this stuff?

*fart noise* Wake me up when a competent company gets its hands on the Warhammer Fantasy IP.

I just noticed, why was this not associate with "Warhammer Online: Wrath of Heroes" instead of General Discussion?

Having bought the collector's edition to WAR I can safely say the scenarios were the most fun the game offered for a loooooong time :j |

One of the best aspects of WAR are its scenerios. They goofed and made it that they were more effeicient than open world pvp. |

Been in beta since the very beginning. Played a total of 2 games. What a piece of shit. Rather saw them put the money in WAR for a 3rd faction. |

You know, instead of pouring all this money into a MOBA game, they could have FIXED THE WARHAMMER MMO THEY ALREADY FUCKING HAVE!!! Fuck you EA. *spits on EA and leaves* |

I played this on and off for 2-3 beta, I can't honestly say I ever felt like they poured money into this. Almost all the art resources were pulled from warhammer. Sure theres that ratguy but I'd go as far to say this game uses like anywhere from 70-80% assest from Warhammer. I'd argue that the cost of making this game was prolly much less then 'fixing warhammer online" |

NO!!!!!!!!! Not more of this crap! Why do people even bother with this cookie cutter crap? Serioulsy this industry is just spurting out carbon copies of the same game reskinned over and over and over again. Get some originality please! |

EA already did that blame EA / Bioware for anything in the last couple of years all the talent from mythic are at Arenanet, Pitchblack, Bethseda, CCP and others. The only "mythic" people at ea are the bullshiters like Hickman & Barnet, that "pvp" guy with the marketing degree on SWTOR and the youngsters they took on mid way through WAR when EA bought them out. EA destroys all. |

RIP Warhammer Online: Age Of Reckoning. I played for 3 years as a subscriber, then decided Bioware was doing NOTHING to keep the game alive and NO new content was ever being released to I canceled. Wrath of Heroes is a disgusting knock off of one of the richest lore environments ever. [Mod Edit] |
