Actually... I would.
I was in beta for a year. I knew how flawed the game was... but, I also knew there was some entertainment to be found.
Figured I'd enjoy it for 6 weeks.... I actually lasted 7 - and might've been a bit longer if the ME3 demo hadn't come out when it did.

It is still a good value game even if you do not subscribe after the first month is up. "The person who experiences greatness must have a feeling for the myth he is in." |

I put "no" but I have to say I only bought it for curiosity as I wanted to see how the cutsecenes/choices/companions worked out.
I knew months before the game released this game was not for me. So I didn't actually change my mind. |

I knew what I was getting, standard theme park MMO, but parts of it looked fun so I had my wife buy it for me as a Christmas present. Waited about a monh or so to get started, and am finding the leveling process to be fairly enjoyable. So yes, I would buy it again, just because its fun to run around with an assault cannon in my hand.

Yes. I already knew before I bought it that it would be a short term investment for me. So the fact that my judgements in beta ended up being the case were no surprise whatsoever. I had my fun with it. Only thing I misjudged was I thought it would be for three months but it ended up being two. 1. For god's sake mmo gamers, enough with the analogies. They're unnecessary and your comparisons are terrible, dissimilar, and illogical. 2. To posters feeling the need to state how f2p really isn't f2p: Players understand the concept. You aren't privy to some secret the rest are missing. You're embarrassing yourself. 3. Yes, Cpt. Obvious, we're not industry experts. Now run along and let the big people use the forums for their purpose. |

No, would have spent the money from the CE on table dancers instead.
I'm taking a shot of vodka every time I see a reference to go back to WoW. |

I could probably get past the fact that the game sucks so bad. I could probably get past the fact that content just is not there... and wait for content to be out. I could probably get past the fact that the game is so buggy. But really, knowing you have all these problems, how come customer service would suck as well. I know, if I knew everything about my game sucked, I would have the right customer service to try and please people when issues occur. Automated responses are just terrible. |

Yep!.. But then I"m taking my time - as I'm in a very casual guild (main is only 42) so I have alot of content left. Thoroughly enjoying myself. |

i played beta and enjoyed it, but i only made it to 20. when i bought it on release, and made it to end game, i was highly dissapointed. ilum was a joke, warzones werent as fun as i thought they would be and doing dailys is not what i call endgame. Plus the game was rather easy. I dont enjoy gear dependent games very much, nor do i call adding an enrage timer on every boss difficult. |

I was sitting here around Christmas playing SW:TOR and my 10 year old nephew was over doing the christmas cookie rounds and he watches me over my shoulder chewing on a cookie and he says to me "That game looks stupid. You run like a dork." and then he started to laugh and walk away. lol. I thusly started laughing myself as I'd just got pwn'd by a 10 year old. Ahhh good times. |

I knew I shouldnt have bought it after I played the beta, but I usually get bored in beta's anyways because I know whatever I do will be erased anyways, so I bought the came and to my surprise it wasnt because of that, turns out just a boring game. Mystery Bounty |

I voted no. But if I would have to play again, I would've rolled on a pve server. There is no "pvp" on the pvp server. |
