You can most certainly explore, I can do a full 360 around the brim of the continent without a loading screen, but don't expect to be fighting anything in a lot of the zones, as the monsters level will be much higher than yours. |

This game has what seems to be near endless exploration. I don't have to go from one one to another to another in a boring path for all characters. I found that I actually missed quite a few zones and I'm level 37 now in Korea-TERA. That means when I make alts I can go through those zones and take a new route leveling up. The game world is THAT big (hugeeeeeee). As far as art direction, I simply haven't played a more beautifully imagined world in any other game. The amount of creativity is astounding and baffles me how every new zone I visit surpasses the beauty of the last. Animations, character models, armor, weapons, everything looks amazing! I saw one poster who said he didn't like the big weapons - I personally LOVE them. Nothing is more hilarious than a little fuzzy Popori with an enormous 2H sword struggling to swing it into your face! All in all, the gameplay is by far the most amazing feature. The pvp is calculating and fun - a dance of skill and timing. This is not an RNG tab target borefest like most MMO's. I really can't wait for NA release and man I been playing MMO's for darn near 15 years now. Haven't been this excited in a while especially after the horrible disappointment of SWTOR (such a terribly unfinished and shallow game). |

With the 60 patch adding a huge sci-fi element I'd say TERA has every zone I can think of. |

I'd have to agree actually. While much of the game doesn't stand out for me in UI, content uniqueness, etc. those boss character models really look awesome! The player character models and animations as well look great! |

Have to agree waving a 25 foot weapon around while screaming "have you seen the size of my todger" does nothing for me, and says truck loads about the target audience.
There is no God, there is no Devil, nor Angels and Demons, there is only us, surely thats bad enough, for no creature is able to commit such acts of hate and love, sometimes in the same day. |

Basing the entire audience on the size of the weapons for particular classes that not everyone will play? Glad you won't be joining me in the game then lol. |

And get all the people out of the closet who cares more about weapon size than the gameplay when in the end it's a videogame where gameplay matters. |

BAW ( big ass weapon) is a trademark of final fantasy gone mainstream for all asian grinder. As far as i know FF is still one of the biggest series out there so there's a lot more people who enjoy BAW than trolls who don't. Tera has a lot to offer but it's unfortunate that it will probably miss it's mark because the art style is too corny for old fat american joe. |

Hehehehe really if you don't play a game because the weapons are too big; I don't know what to say to you. I'd probably just laugh.
I'm glad you're educated and realize that good games have small realistic weapons while you fight giant make believe monsters...
Wait what?! LOL |

Funny how people complain about Mob skins. Like WoW didn't reuse a bunch of skins in Vanilla. |

Im a 42 year old comminications engineer, and am enjoying testing this game. I'd be interested in what you think the target audience is 'O' mature one? You are the one that brought up "todger" (oh and that means d**k for you people across the pond) lol On another note, I don't have a 25 foot long sword. I have a staff thats the same height as me, and has nothing to do with how hung I am. Its a staff. Think you need to grow up a bit. You just might fit into the target audience down the road. Ciao |

All i hope for is a real end game, and some good pvp, the graphics are amazing looking, yeah the 25 foot sword is a bit of a turn off but if it has good pvp i won't complain. considering SWTOR didnt work for me i'm hoping tera or GW2 will come through with the end game content The "Youtube Pro": Someone who watches video's on said subject, and obviously has a full understanding of what is being said about such subject. |

Game has great potential, just hope the dev realizes running 5 man dungeon is not pve end game. PVP is on the right track and will only get better if they don't screw it up. The korean devs actually communicate with the player base and offers up insight to their develpment and apologizes when there's no communication between devs and players. Hope they fully realize the great potential TERA has to offer and not turn it into the disaester Aion was. |
