Whats wrong with that? even WOW's new expansion is highly Asian themed. As long as it is not typical asian like Tera and AIon, atleast i am fine with some asian influence.

Atleast i won't be seeing little girls in skimpy dresses in GW2.

Why does it suprise you? NCsoft is Korean. Arena Net is American but is owned by NCsoft afaik. It's only normal that the mother company would want its games to appeal to the Asian market.

Then why do so many characters look like non-asian people. You can physically make an exact replica of miranda from mass effect for example.

OP worships SW:TOR, a game with little customisation, despite the amount of races that the IP could use. GW2 character customisation, even a subsection of what the Aion character customisation tool could do, is leaps and bounds better than the SW:TOR one. Even considering races that have little resemblance to humanoids, like the Charr, Asura and Sylvari.

In game they implemented both, "eastern" and "western" look of characters, it's up to you to choose which look you want.

We get one guy saying that GW2 is missing 3 certain aspects that most games (even sucessful ones do not have).

This guy stating GW2 is too Asian (how is that a bad thing anyhow ?)

Another guy stating the entire game is not seamless are there any new sucessful games out that that are 100% seamless ?

What makes the "asian" style, isn't that the toons have slanted eyes and yellow skin (sorry) it's that they're half naked, usually with visible underwear and there's at least one playable class that looks like a 12 year old boy or girl, specially tailored for the pedophiles among us... (Lineage 2 female dwarf anyone?)

And in GW2 the half naked armor is optional and there is no race for pedophiles, so how does GW2 qualify?
