Cus eh after watching high level PVP and PVE and playing myself up to level 10, I can say it seems this pattern repeats throughout the game, with only a few monsters having abilities that force you to change your tactics.

Seems rather simplistic.  Almost  like dancing.

This is why I prefer sandbox FFA MMO. I can rest assured that every player enemy I encounter will not be a mindless drone with orders to rush directly at me and swing until I or it is dead.

I see we've got another case of "but... the high-res textures will be available at release!" here.

People never learn.

*facepalm* When did graphics become make it or break it? Swear people who play MMO's bitch and moan about simple stuff like no jumping outdated graphics etc etc. Complain about the gameplay it's self.

And the only reason I'm playing WoW on a PvE server instead of a PvP server (gosh I miss Lineage II...)

I was unaware of that fact, I appologize.  I still make the case as many americans will read this and not understand that fact.  As for the graphics, I'd probably play the game even if the graphics in the american version were the ones being released.  For me it's more about gameplay.  Something at least a bit more new.  The initial areas do require almost no skill, but as you get into the high teens the amount of skill required to successfully chain mob kills jumps fairly dramatically.  That is the one fact that will really have most leaving this game in mass exodus.  I just ask that people give this game to the aion/l2ers.  There is plenty of tab based mmo's out there.  Let the pvp crowd have this one please.  So we can stop trolling your games ><  Have no fear, if a new tab based mmo is what you seek, there is no doubt another one is around the corner!

I could log on and make screenshots on all gpx settings for comparasion but in order to do the work I would have to care about proving a point on a random forum to a random poster.

I don't.

Remember when graphics weren't a big deal? Now apparently good graphics aren't even good enough. People are so fickle now in what they like and will pin it on graphics, even if the graphics aren't that great. 

In terms of the other two points, the one relates to gameplay (stop moving while casting) which forces you to use more skill to react rather then constantly kiting around. Its more of a preference if anything, which really just helps to make it so casters can't endlessly kite melee around. 

FPS issue, sorry but chances are that is local side. Get a new computer is my only advice unless a large player base has the same complaint. In 90% of the cases, FPS issues are the users computer, not the game itself. Its a little silly comparing graphics and then mentioning FPS, something good graphics will cause to faulter on systems.

This everybody, is a fine exmaple of someone who never played passed level ten.

I'd like to state, if it seems blurry to you try setting lighting enrichment to one and force AAx8 on your graphics card, it looks loads better than the preset of two in my opinion, it especially shines on effects. 

But that's just me.

i just (1 month ago) bought a new computer for the recent games so i doubt its my computer.

I7, gtx 570,fast ssd hd, 8gig ram etc...

Anyone else puke when they see clips/SS of this game?  I guess I have to add I HATE anime, or any other Asian animation and art style...

The big heads, goofy run animations, stupidly huge weapons, way over the top effects.  Don't get me wrong, if someone drops a meteor on a targets head I want to see a huge awesome flaming rock fall from the sky and leave a crater...  But if someone casts "Heroic Strike" or whatever and I see them jump in the air, spin around 10x, pick their nose, and have fireworks shoot out of every texture on their body and weapon....  Just dumb

Anyway, I wish someone could explain to me why people like this art/animation style!  Probably impossible to do as it's just personal taste.

I got a buddy who loves kung-fu movies (non-english versions) and the acting is horrid, blood from the mouth on ever scene... I can't help but laugh at them, and he gets really into it.

I wasn't impressed to be honest.  The combat was kinda fun, but the rest was a bit flat.  The story (what little there is), the character animations are a bit rigid, the anime-ish style of the game, and did I mention the story.

I wish combat was the integral part that makes or breaks a game, but it's not.  There are other facets and this game is a let down on those.

People, the whole point of Beta testing is to report feedback. If there are things which you're not impressed with then report, the more feed back the better for the game for when it is released. Also keep in mind that this weekend was only Alpha beta and the game isn't fully complete yet. A lot of people seem to think the game is out already but it isn't, its why its called Beta! If you're not going to report feedback then there isn't any need for you to log on, just wait for the release.

I'm sure the graphics will be updated soon, the reason there aren't fantastic graphics is abvious... so if there is any thing in the game such as bugs, quests etc you aren't happy with... give them feedback.

What also puzzles me is people are recruiting for guilds... why? Its in Alpha and the game will not be released for another 3 - 4 months 5 at the most, many people (not every one) seem to forget the meaning of beta testing.
