Where did you re-order from? I know some places allow to cancel or swtch your pre-order's. Game Stop for example has let me change pre-orders in the past, Guess it all depends on the policy of the place you pre-ordered the game.

Did they charge you the full amount up-front?  If so, wow, not even EA did that with TOR.  Best suggestion would be to use the TERA customer service options whatever they may be.

i didnt see an option to cancel pre order on the website so maybe you would want to call customer service.

i preordered today from en masse website and im downloading right now to start the beta. Even though the game seems generic, i did like all the video gameplay i saw. Ill judge it when i play after download completes. If i dont like it then its just going to be like Rift and Swtor that i buy 1 month here and there sometimes.. but i am almost sure i can enjoy Tera more than those 2 because i like the asian feel it has. Thats just me

Why don't they just start the game at lvl 20+ then?

What made you interested in TERA to begin with if you are interested in the 40k MMO?

My friends were going to try it, they enjoy it, I do not.

Yes i canceled my preorder also, way to linear ai and everything i thought woulda been cool let me down.  Nothing new here glorified dnd which sucks...

I have played it too and yes Tera doesn't have orcs but apart from political system and combat it plays like your standard themepark MMO or like people love to use the word 'just like WOW'.

I was just being silly though with my response because 40K isn't even in alpha state yet and somehow he already knows that it is a reskin version of WOW. Sometimes you have to kill stupid with stupidity.

I'm enjoying the beta right now but lets not kid ourselves this game is another standard themepark clone on the surface.. i'd say it's basically Lineage 3 but it's not a next gen MMO... Not sure if we will ever get to next gen MMOs whatever you want to consider next-gen actually IS, is debatable. Graphics are very nice and I enjoy anime theme stuff so it's right up my alley. I'll write a longer write-up once I get further into the game spent most yesterday just trying each class and seeing which combat I enjoyed the most

I find highly amusing how some people can't accept that the OP simply do not liked the game, because "I like the game, so everyone likes it too!" mentality

Anyway atleast he had the decency to admit that the problem is with his taste and not with the game
