Dudes ! Dudes ! - The game has over 200 hours gameplay worth of quests ( and that is mesured during quick play ) - Totally random loot system ala Diablo - Sandbox gameplay - RR Salvatore writen the story
And you complain about the price ?
Alas What i find discusting is EA marketing comparing the game to Skyrim. "Its better than Skyrim" the banner on this site says !!!
If they were smart , they should write "Its nothing like Skyrim" Because : 1. Its not better than Skyrim 2. If I like Skyrim , than why should i play any other game ? Dont they know Construction Kit is being released.
Man these guys are so clueles
Anyway KOA , great action RPG. Not as good as Skyrim, but you can not play one game all the time !

$60 is too much for PC games. I remember 6-8 years ago they were always 50. Then publishers saw console games could sell for 60 and copied that.
If you think $60 is a fair price for a game you are delusional, and probably dont understand why people pirate stuff like this |

i tried demo and played it and tried it playing at a friend who bought it, honestly its almost same or familiar like Fable 3 , gameplay and most things are almost similar, so i dont think its much difference. |

this whole site is getting really off topic....they even promoting alot of games that aint even mmorpg anymore......reckoning is a pure rpg (a good one imho) but it aint no damn MMORPG.

The similarity to "Fable" and how bored I was with the demo will make me hold off buying this until it's nice and floating in the cheap bin, if I even do that. That ad on the front page with that quote from the penny arcade guy...what is he smoking saying it's better than Skyrim? Some people are easily fooled, er, pleased, I guess.  |

Just wait, buy it two weeks before they release the mmo version and all is good. By then the price will be reduced to $15 you will get a signed baseball, the game, a small peice of bloody anklewrap and a $13 pizza gift certificate to Papa Johns.

He finds it better than skyrim because for him, large open worlds can be paralyzing. I've heard other players say the same thing about Elder Scrolls games. So it pretty much comes down to a preference thing. My guess is that it's "different from skyrim" in many ways. As far as the game goes, it's on its way so we'll see. My initial thought, which differs from the preview, is that I didn't like the combat precisely becuase it was this gamey "god fo war" style combat. Not that that can't be fun but that stuff always felt very arcade like to me which always seems gimmickey. |
