EnMasse looks like a new company that has a lot to learn cause this don't look professional to me at all.

This disconnect, in the first few days, between the annoucement from the game makers and chain stores seems more or less a standard course of development.  It has been seen with a number of other releases not just EnMasse.  Sorry, you had to travel far to learn this :(

I appriciate your concern :) just to add on my last 3 CE preorders: Aion pre order CE same day it was announced at best buy and got the package the day I was told it will be on store, FFXIV the same pre ordered CE same day it was announcedat GameStop and got the package same day I was told it will be there, and the same with Rift.

Thats why I will preorder at Gamestop because there its credit until I acutally get the game. If it does not come out I can always use what I paid for TERA on something else.

Its not their fault the retailers are lazy arses and not updated their systems.

I would have thought EnMasse told all the partner retailers when the pre-order should be available and the price well ni advance, but they have no real control over what the retailers do..

Canada post here.

Went to 2 Gamestops today and both only had the normal edition up for pre-order.  Phoned the other Gamestops in the city and same thing.  Put $20 down on a normal copy but asked them to phone me once/if they got the CE going.

And if TERA in NA doesn't happen at all, that $20 will go towards GW2 instead.  Don't see the issue in pre-ordering TERA.

Just remember if their is this much confusion now there will likely be just as much confusion later on release day. If your not up for it and think they are shady I would advise not buying or preordering the game and save yourself a lot of future grief.

I really dont understand why someone would buy a CE version of a game from a company they obviously dont trust....kind of blows my mind. Then again its the same type of person that comes onto the forums post release whining about all of the "false" advertising because feature x, y or z is not in the game or isnt what they expected.

People need to read more, TERA stated on their twitter and tera-europe that they will have the game at all their retailers within the week. 

Finally, EU gets the better deal, finally, for once, we get the cheap pre-order :)

Although, i believe US get closed beta a week before. Can't have them committing harakiri lol.

Or even just try being a little more patient.  Give it a few days.  Game isn't coming out for months, anyhow.

waiting on Amazon to add their inventory as EnMass claimed. I will admit I do this for the beta access :P

"We're also checking in with our retail partners about getting the physical TERA collector's edition listed for pre-order-ability pronto. As for beta access game codes from retail partners, they're updating their systems & should email them to those who have pre-ordered TERA"

Why do you people still go into town and buy games from the store? They never have it on time. Internet is here for a reason.

Im so glad you know what my stores are like, here I had always been able to pick games up the day it came out, good to know that was never possible.

I collect CE for all MMORPG that release, digital copy is a ghost to me nopt important.

I'm not a pro but if I state something I get my ducks in a raw before I do, a company that will publish a BIG game like TERA has no excuses for something like this. 3 days ago they advertise TERAs pre order and beta access without having retailers updated with their new plans. I sent email to them too and today still in that email says they are working on getting retailers updated.

I'm pretty sure they are waiting on the court cause NCSoft sued the dev company bluehole but why rush with fake statements.

This whole scenario makes enmasse look like 5 year olds that have no idea what the f is going on.

A foreign company is going to take a few extra days to get the physical CE boxes up on retailer sites in NA and this is a big deal to you why?

Ever think it may have something to do with the retailers such as Amazon NA, or Gamestop? and not Enmasse? Go take a smoke break or something o.0

There are things to get upset over in this world, this is not one of them.
