Makes no difference to me as i wont be affected but the gold sellers, bots et al will be there regardless of who they ipban. The only people who lose out are the legitimate players, much like DRM on single player games. Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them. |

Well its not on the IP blocking list they have released, so i'm going to guess no. So you should be ok. |

If this is only blocking to the NA and EU servers I think that is fine because won't they have their own servers to play on? I don't ever feel the need to play on an Asian server if there is a NA server to play on. |

Even though I'm on South America and it isn't getting blocked, it's pretty ridiculous to see such a measure, those with ill-intents can just use proxies to commit their ToS-violating deeds in the game while you will force the legitimate potential players to either not even bother with the game or go through the same method. It's like they aren't even trying to have lots of subscribers, supposing their game is ever released on NA considering the lawsuit and the existing conviction on South Korea. |

was gonna give them my money, oh well... looks like they dont need my money although im staying in Canada right now, but i will go back to Japan next year, so i might as well not try this game at all because leaving the game unplayable will kill me So What Now? |

Ive always play in N.A or Oceanic servers, as most players here prefer to be in an English language speaking servers.
So now players from Singapore , Malaysia etc have to play in China server? Not to be negative, but Tera with is Asianic and non-tab targeting most likely wouldnt get as many subs like Tor or Wow. So what happens if the pop drops and need a merger? We merge with Koreans or Jap?

Account theft, gold-farming and other hacking behavior? Thier just being racist and ignorant just like SOPA. Without global players, TERA would die as quick as Vindictus and any other ip blocked games did due to the lack of players. O well, seems like we gotta use proxy again. |

There are plenty of people who speak perfect english even if thier not from America. For example, people from Singapore. Your statement is seriously ignorant. In the first place, how could a person even play the game if he cant understand its language let alone communicate ingame. |

I think it's ironic, to the point of lunacy, that a company convicted of software piracy, copyright violations, and IP theft are going to block portions of the world because they're afraid of the same to their game and their customers.

IP blocking, yech. Not a big fan of that on principle. Although, I can understand why they'd want to do it, but sucks if you live in those regions and just wanna play the game.
