You did actually touch on a valid point, there are a lot of people out there, the type who you will rarely see on this forum, who are willing to pay extortionate amounts of cash in order to get an advantage over other players.

Your warped logic makes a kind of sense. If everyone on P2W buys the best gears, then it logically means that the player's actual Skill will determine the outcome of a fight, given that all the gear/abilities are balanced because everyone simply bought the best ones.

However, I don't see alot of P2W games being either huge MMO successes or perfectly balanced as a result of P2W. Hmm...

I don't care about p2w games ,they can exist , I don't mind.  Just not in MY game.

Heck I could even agree to have it in my game, if there would be TOTALLY SEPARATE services / servers - one without cash shops and second with p2w shops.  No server transfers between two, separate services , forums and I am ok.

now, if you support p2w mmos so much, care to pay the company enough money so we all get our overpowered cash shop gear for free? no? then dont put them on cash shop and let us get them in game through gameplay.

For me it is the same kind of rationale as in doping in sports. Sure it allows for less talented people to compete against the more talented one's, but what happens when a talented person starts to use doping? How will other talented people compete with him?

Pay 2 Win is altogether bad in any kind of competetive activity.

P2W exists whether it's official or not as long as the game mechanics allow it.

You forget where most money goes , especially if company have really high profits. 

To investors, shareholders and CEO and other managment :)

Company will invest ONLY that amount of money that it will be ABSOLUTELY necessary.  No amount of profit after exceding some level will bring more content and improvements to a game.

WoW was / is earning like 50 x or more times money than other AAA mmropg's. Does that mean it has 50 x or even 10 x more content?

After 7 years still no housing (even though It was almsot begged since beta , and cosmetic system after 7 years from release ,etc )
