thanks, its just i have the gut feeling IF bethesada ever annouce an mmorpg. I strongly feel this is the real deal here.

I love their Games, have been playing all their elder scrolls series even fallout. 

If they want a real sandbox or real rpg, I strongly feel Bethesada have the experience and talent backings to what most mmorpg in here website wanted FOR  long long time.

agree, or disagree? I completely trust Bethesada, seriously this could be dream come true for those jaded mmorpg gamers in here.

Im no fan of wow nor do i dislike it. But sometimes these posts lead me to unexpected games i havent heard of or tried. So in all honesty, your post is a negative drain that causes issues. Just dont post  if you dont like the topic;)

all im saying is, Even if its not an elder scrolls mmorpg. Bethesada name alone is equivalent to blizzard, bioware.

Its themeparks mmorpg versus a real sandbox developer that has proven track record over and over and over again.

thats all well and good mate, but when the same bloody topic pops up every new release or new game coming out soon and people claiming its going to be the next WoW killer, its gets old very fast, people were saying that about TOR i played the closed and open betas and look whats happening to it, garbage IMO, and i'm gonna keep an open mind for GW2 as well, I'm really looking forward to it but im not going to over hype myself on it and sayyy ITS GONNA KILL WOW, like alot of people are saying on forums, its just utter stupidity, just to list a Few that poeple where saying the next WoW killer... WAR,RIFT, the list goes on... in the end people shouldnt be posting these thread cause its been argued enough alrdy... the only thing thats gonna kill wow is blizzard and there well on the way to doing that...

I'm supporting having a discussion, but threads like this one often lead to X game is better than Y game, Y game is better than Z game, Z game is better than X and Y game and so on.
These posts are good as long as we can have civil discussion, but when some people start to derail them because they're narrow/close minded, the thread, because of them starts to lose its credibility.
On the sentence that you marked, I was talking about the world, not the gamer world. :) However, you can still see some racism within the games or seeing how people swear and whatnot.

As I didn't give an opinion about Bethesda making an MMO in my previous post, I'll give in this post.

I believe they can make an great MMO, as they are triple A company and which can execute things good. They make good and interesting stories in their game in which they can be quite immersive.
They might succeed in the MMO world, but it really depends on peoples choices and taste. As of now, we know that they are working on a MMO and if I read somewhere, it might be a Fallout MMO.
I was quite satisfied with the Fallout series and can say that I trust Bethesda and their working. However, as of now, I can't comment much, but if they make an MMO, I wish them luck and a success.

Other thing I wanted to point is, that, I believe TES should stay a single player game. Some games are better off as single player than being MMOs.

the only wow killer will be blizzard, when they pull something so stupid people quit in droves.

It'll more than likely be free to play games.  Every time an MMO opens they take a cut out of WOW and they gain their own independent player base.  In the past WOW relied on these MMOs funneling new players to them, that's not happening anymore.

i honestly think that the only game in the future that gonna kill wow will be...... Titan, Blizzards new MMO. either that or WOW2 :)

I don't see any Wow killer as such but I can imagine a game that will do about the same thing Wow did: Class 4.

Class4are for you who don´t know it Undead labs upcomming C-box MMO. It have many likenesses with Wows situation before launch including Wows first lead designer Jeff Strain. Console MMOs are also kinda were PC MMOs were before Wow launched.

Undead labs is trying to make a MMO that are made for console gamers, insteadof all the ported PC MMOs out there (ported games suck about as much if you port them from PC as to it).

10 years ago noone believed in FPS games on console, I think MMOs is next. And BTW, we are talking F2P here, Strain also made Guildwars.

But I don´t see any PC game single handed kill Wow. One game will dethrone it sooner or later unless P2P dies with Wow but I am not sure which game that will be.

WoW is ugly freak, no MMO-game will do the same.

Only thing I can imagine which would do it is totaly new concept, like real 3D world... Players have to understand that WoW was and is one time miracle. Unless something technologicaly revolutionary comes out there is no new WoW...

There will be not WoW killer, there should not another WoW. A lot of players that quitted WoW do it not for another MMO but for the best game ever: The Real Life.

Or Xsylon. Bestheda is in a great position for an mmorpg. And come on everyone knows Bethesada name brand. IT can boost potential subscribers confidence level and hype.

ArcheAge is comming from the guy who created the most successful game series in MMO history before WoW. The Lineage series of games has had more players then most other MMOs combined besides WoW. I would hardly call Jake Song an "Unknown Developer".

As for your post. WoW 2.0 and new content for people to play? That means at least a months worth of play then before they have done everything.

I think there are a few critical points for a new MMO to be a WoW killer.

1. It cant be fantasy based. we all have fantasy fatigue.

2. Many of the features will have to work on a tablet as well as a console or PC. (the Full feature game will be the console and or PC, what I mean with the tablet is managing your house, market, garden whatever, low graphic type stuff). People who play farmville need a reason to stop playing farmville.

just about to say that farmville,  sims social and social games in general already killed wow :D.  

so killing wow is pretty abstract conception...:P
