I am happy for you brah. I'm not being sarcastic, it's been a very long time since i had fun or slightly enjoyed myself in a mmorpg so it's nice knowing others are having fun, i also likehearing people complain too though because years ago  it kind of seemed like i was one of the fewpeople complaining or offrering critisism about the games i played, but now it seems like all i read is how bad everything is.

Im happy for you, and im going to let you finish, but i disagree on everything you just said.

Yep even though i already canceled, there is no doubt I'll be back for my kotor single player story telling fix. The monthly fee, meh, whatever, grinds me some, and is why i unsubbed, i got my fix and when i need another i guess I'll have to sub back up, which sucks but such as life.

What makes the game is the mmo lite mixed with the single player experience, what the mmo lite does is not give you that lonely feeling you can get when playing single player games at times. Having a few other people running around in your instance is pretty cool.

ditto, this game fits just right for some of the things I like/want

I should note I usually have 2-4 games at any one time, so I don't often play any one of them daily or so excessively that I burn myself out :P  I need the change of pace, change of focus, for what it is meant to be SWToR is quite good.  I will admit that if I played it daily 4+, 8+, 10+ hours a day? I'd probably be like ackkkk, sick of it within a month, but I don't do that, hehe.  Not implying anyone who doesn't like the game does that, btw :)  

But I do think it is true for many new MMOs that come out nowadays that some people will just rush through them so damn fast and never slow down and actually pace themselves and enjoy it!

Most fun I've had leveling.  Having a blast so far!  

I like watching the trainwreck the official forums are the most. I don't think i have ever seen such a mob mentality in any forum ever, there are regualary rage threads that go for about 2 pages a min and you can actually smell the panic of the moderators. They have to do shifts or something like that that, one guy for the even page numbers, another for the uneven ...

Oh ... the game. Yeah its ok, i like it. Though their story lines can't hold a candle to the drama going on in the forums ... even this one is getting bad with so many post you can hardly keep up reading. This truly is the biggest success since ... well ever.

I was one of those fence-sitters. Bought it about two weeks ago.  I find I'm liking it more and more as I play.

There are things that set me back though, like the irony of my Light Side Jedi preaching against violence and then being forced to kill everything in sight.  I wish they had bonus xp for the number of MOBS you refrain from killing.  Also Space disappoints. I'll leave it at that.

After ten years of playing MMOs, I've become a pragmatist. No MMO will be perfect. As long as I accept that, SWTOR will be fun for me.

    Lateris shame on you for likeing SWTOR , dont you know the politically correct thing is to hate with a passion SWTOR..   By the way if you are reading this can you help a fellow SWTOR lover and tell me how to adjust my ini file to make the graphics better, thanks man

Well, I'm having a good time as well. More fun than I've ahd in a while in these games.

Just consider SWToR another place that has its unique attractions and you will do fine.
