I've read a lot of speculation with regards to how many of what classes there are. I think we could all use some real numbers.

I chose to be a smuggler.  And I am currently running around and gardening while my companion goes off and crafts me some stim packs and adrenals.

No, the "Rule of the two" was invented by Darth Bane about 1000 years before episode 1 which means about 2500 years after the timeline of the game.

Agent Operative! Bloody love it.

Currently level 22 and too busy playing to visit forums much lol. The game gets better as you level which is a good sign. There is decent depth to it even with launch content and their content schedule is said to be impressive.

It's true though. There are a crap ton of inquisitors running around. Oddly not a whole lot of BH's at my level range yet.

Trooper Vanguard, there is no way around it is just to much fun, explosives, great melee, CC and armor, good medium range abilities, to much fun

I'm trying an Imperial Agent.

I think the Empire has it all over the Republic in classes.  The only rep class I'm really interested in playing is the jedi knight and that's only because of the movies. 

BH vs. Smuggler--BH

Inq vs. Consular--come on, not even close "I'm force throwing pebbles at you!"

Agent vs. Trooper--I seriously don't need all that soldier talk "Get busy livin' or get busy dyin' and other assorted war movie cliches!"

I hear you there. For me, the Agent was an easy choice because I really dig the whole secret agent thing. I'm like a semi-evil James Bond.
