if you realy need to know, its when you make a thread (post) stick to the top so you dont need to bump it all the time.

Oh jesh I hate those things. Always some sort of bs from the moderatrs that no one reads or cares about. At least the way they are, I can just ignore them and they go away.

if thier are too many stickys all the new posts go to the second page becasue the first is filled with stickys so you should make a separate sticky discusion area:)

Now a seperate forum for all topics that get a new thread twice a day would work for me. Or maybe a free/fun/best/for me/uo rocks seperate forum.
