I'm sure going to miss playing JUICY mmos when everything goes down. I'm sure it'll only be for a few months until the banksters install a new currency they can have control of via a world bank, maybe they'll get rid of money all together and we'll just receive 'credits' from our socialist governments. Either way, let's not fool ourselves who the real enemies of freedom are, it isn't some Jihadist in a cave, it's families like the Rothschilds and Rockefellers who have been manipulating the markets for years and hoarding gold so they can remain wealthy when it does eventually collapse while we all fight each other for scraps of bread.
Going to be a rough day tomorrow, more than likely the U.S will receive a 2nd downgrade, Britain will be next. Food prices are already going up, can't imagine what it'll be in 4 months or more. It's important to keep a clear focus on who the real enemy is, the mainstream media will never paint their masters in a bad light and will shift the blame on to others. |

It's this type of calm, collected, and level-headed optimism that tells me that things are going to be alright. |

'freedom' is pointless when you can do everything you want but you're not allowed to do the stuff you don't want to do anyway.

Every american should have an adequate arsenal of weapons/ammo for self/home defense and a decent supply of survival foods because you never know when a tragic event is going to take place these days and you cannot depend on the state or federal governments slow response to keep you safe or even alive.. This is an interesting thread because I have thought of this myself. It may ultimately end up in the R&P forum, but as long it doesn't turn into a name blame discussion, hopefully not. MMOs offer a sense of escape from the real world, but if the real world falls apart, particularly economically, the chaos will eventually reach into the gaming world and affect it as well. I've wondered if MMOs would hold on to the very end and be the last industry to shut down when economies can no longer sustain themselves. And if it happens, you might even see an uptick in the number of people who play them as they retreat from the world and try to maintain some sort of sanity. I've gone back to playing the original EQ on the old school Fippy server. It's reminiscent of when I played it for the first time, but not quite the same. I find myself dividing my free time between playing it and staying grounded in reality. I just wish there were an MMO out there that was worthy of devoting all my free time to. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tK6YIAX1jg |
