Lol yea I just find it easier to call'em rebels, Barak. Playing different factions on different servers I guess is acceptable, just the idea of doing it on the same server is silly to me, dont take the whole it being dirty thing real serious or anything, I just like to immerse myself in one faction or the other, and well the other becomes the enemy regardless of whos playing it. I like to see people having pride in whatever faction they side with, which you dont generally see from people who switch sides, I feel they should have enough story on each side to keep you busy for a long enough time that they can release more and keep you going, so you dont have time to roll a new guy and try to figure out the other story, but thats just me. Yea they coulda added in a hutt faction of some sort, but I think it woulda made it hard for them to come up with nonforce using classes for the other factions. Had hoped to see sme tech specialist classes, some driod characters, and stuff like that as in the PnP RPG, but I'm fine with what they have brought to the table as it is. Republic - Trooper least played followed closely Counselar. Sith - Imperial Agent followed by Inquisitor
For Republic I choose Trooper, because #1 they don't have force powers, #2 they are tanks (yes I know they can be dps as well), and #3 the smuggler gets a wookiee companion so that places them above a generic trooper. I picked Counselar as #2 least played just because they will be the primary healers.
For Sith I chose Imperial Agent because they don't have force powers or the Boba Fett factor pulling for them. They are a generic spy class. Classes with light sabers and jawas beat them to the punch. For #2 least play I would go Inquistor. Again for the healing factor and no jawas.
I think the most played will be your saber wielding DPSers(knight/warrior), followed by Bounty Hunters, and then maybe Smugglers/Inquistors for the tie.
Personally I want a heavily armored Trooper Vangaurd to tank and then for my Sith toon I want a Imperial Agent Operative as them seen to be a good support class. I'm also a little tempted to play the Inquisitor - Assassin as my light saber class of choice. My preference tends to be for the non-saber classes though. |

I think the Knight-Guardian and Trooper-Vanguard are supposed to be equal tanks on par with each other. They just tank in different manners. I prefer the trooper since he's a heavy armored mother that doesn't need force powers. |
