War of angels has recently done a maintenance and some bug fixes has been done. Check the patch note for the changes.

-  most of the cool down had been lowered.

-  Hunter skill Down Pour has been changed again.

      to all hunters out there, i heard they say that the damage has increased. tell me if i'm wrong. im a cleric you know.

to all flamers, trolls, and the likes. i know you play this game, your just shy to admit it XD.

Hunter  Downpour skill still low compared to the original way it was..  175 average for  D class weapon 1 with +3 enhancements. 

Cool Down time limits use of said skill.. to use at very end of battle with mobs.

The Good thing is the increased power  with Wildshot skill doing  average of 450 damage to mobs... limited again on how often one can use it due to cool down time. 

Hunters still have to sit and wait for Downpour skill to end before moving onto next skill. mobs don't ...the attack still comes creating the chance of death quicker.. Armour enhancements could be better to fend off   the mobs attacks. \

 The March patch is said to fix most of everyhting ... the Wait and See Game is at hand...

lol, now they got yet another "fix", I can guess how much more got busted with their new "update".

The March Patch finally came thru a couple of days ago.. The Dev's increased the amount of loot drops. added a lot of different loot items.. worth more when sold to NPC's.  Earning money for repairs is now a bit easier. The players are virtually nonexistant . Leveling to 20 - 25 fairly simple. past that it is still a grind fest. without many players joining in the fights its very tough to make it on your own. The Dev's did not readjust the skills of Hunters, Clerics, Knights. keeping their skills the same weakness that drove many away from the game the first time.. The march Patch fixed a lot of things but didn't have the big impact to bring the players back the Dev's were hoping for. The Waiting Game for upgrades and bug fixes is still on!!

 Either way you look at it, it's to little to late. Granted, they finally got some GMs that actually do something. Even if it's just to parot the same thing over and over again. These latest fixes should have been taken care of way back in early November. The only reason why they're even bother doing anything now, is because they realized their screw up when they noticed a sudden drop in their server population. As it is, their reputation is tarnished. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't trust the developers at NeoWiz after the past few months. They should have done the smart thing, and done something sooner.

Right you are  this game is dieing fast.  Theonce vibrant  Community is gone on to Rift and other games.. The Devs were too late with their fixes. and the fixes we got were inadequit. Even the website forums are empting out.. The new GM's do a couple of things. 1. Take notes. 2. Tell everyone to be patient , the Devs are hard at work to fix the issues and bugs. Hurry up and wait in the MMORPG World seems to be endemic. As there are Hundreds of games to be in this category. Maybe MMORPG should start a list of "Waiting for patches" category. 

 Let's not forget that the GMs seem intent on threatening people with banning them in regards to past threads and discussions before they even arrived. They haven't, or seem to care that that alone will affect their game's population. One individual that I know of was threatened with a ban for discussing and inviting people to play other games, which they said wasn't in the interest of the company. If the company had any interest at all, they would have smartened up sooner and done something about the mass exodus from their server months ago.

 Yeah, and I checked it out and found that nothing's really changed. There are some MINOR fixes, but the major stuff hasn't even been touched.

and air PvP battles would be more dynamic.

 You mean reimplimented don't you? They took it out during the all to short beta test. As it stands, they still have yet to fix the bugs related to guild leveling.
