I never left. Knew RIFT would flop. No point in shelling out on another game. WoW > RIFT. Knew it would be that way all along. |

I played the Beta until level 20 and realised this game wasn't worth my time. Wen't straight back to WoW / Starcraft 2. <3 |

Rift has NOT flopped. If you dont like it that is fine but Rift is far from a flop. Rift is my current mmo and I am loving it. |

If ever, WoW would be the very last choice, i', much more likely to take a break from MMOs till something interesting comes than return to "same old". |

Originally posted by Elpresador69 lol. I hope they keep doing what they do, because it keeps the mongoloids away from games I actually enjoy. All that proves is that guy attests to liking blizzard a whole lot. if you think it proves anything other than that you need to work on your basic reasoning, logic and critical thinking skills.

wont happen. MMO games are expected to radically change apon each games release or be a same old same old and the vocal minority attacks it like children but no other genre of gaming is held to such a high standard. FPS online shooters are generally all the same game. |

Don't play either, voted anyhow just so I could see the results. So much for the accuracy of your poll. All of my posts are either intelligent, thought provoking, funny, satirical, sarcastic or intentionally disrespectful. Take your pick. |

Originally posted by MasterDeadly It is, never denied it. But still that's no reason to get into even older and more stagnant WoW. When Cataclysm came i had some hopes but Blizzard proved to be Blizzard once more, being a 'flagship' MMO they could at least try to push genre forward rather than drag it further back with the whole 4.1 recycling of content. |

Originally posted by Ezhae Eh recycling? Hardly. 4.1 is bringing to the game what the masses want. They are reparing the heroics through the new call of arms system. Moving foward is a must for a flagship game. Something other developers lack. |

Originally posted by Ezhae I can't see why other companies don't take this to their advantage and push the genre forward then ? Seems logical to me but clearly developers would rather quiver in the corner afraid to break the mould. What Blizzard does great is Refinement, Bringing ZG and Zul'aman back is a welcomed a addition to most WoW players. Letting content rot like a corpse isn't great now is it ? bringing it back to life with updates is great for the consumer. I'd take ZG and ZA over one heroic that would have no nostalgia. Tbh Rift's content is laughable. |

Wow is not moving forward. Its standing still always has been . They wait for other games to come out with an idea and then they steal that idea and put it in there game. |

Fanboism is wonderful thing. You mean resuing ZG and ZA is pushing the genre forward? Constant making heroic easier is innovation ? Yes, of course it's what the masses want, they want to get things for free and will complain if it requires any effort whatsoever but that's not really what will result in new quality. Sorry, but for me Blizzard is a company that completely lacks innovation. They haven't presented a single new idea in years. |
