Same here bud, I really thought I was hacked and so I called Trion and an auto reply told me that they are having a  Error #2005 and I should wait for 30mins then try logging in. It's been 1h+ now and still can't log on.

I can access the website and forums.  I don't play this trainwreck of a game (just kidding) so I have no idea if the game servers are down, but there is no threads in the forums about a problem.  Good luck, I hope it's not anything serious.

I would also like to mention that though I was tempted, I am not going to make any comments that would make people think the worst and start to freak out about the safety of their accounts. I've been taking troll management courses and I'm on a 15 step program for recovery.

 Thought I'd go and see what the link had to say, and it shows "Like us to know more" and I laughed and closed the page.  When I went to Rift's homepage a little bit ago it was ~173,000 that liked Rift. I wonder how much that number is going to go up.

Yeah pretty unusual. I live in phoenix, and my route goes out to Washignton D.C. and dies at some unamed router. If i test from some other places like lets say The Planet out in texas, it goes a few hops right to the datacenter. I forsee Akamai being a problem here, or some REALLY wierd routing problem.

*Edit* And btw you dont have to hit Like on rift or have a facebook account to get the updates. Just click on "Wall" on the left side navigiation on facebook.
