I know theres a lot of MMO's out there, but very few step away from the norm like FE does. I played the beta and wasn't very impressed, but after coming back to new graphics, I am simply blown away at how much it feels like a Fallout 3 Online game. To top that off, the in-game support is unheard of in any MMO I've ever played, with GMs and other staff online 24/7 to answer questions in help chat. When my character got stuck in the world geometry, I had a GM teleport to me immediately to help me out. This kind of support is almost scary, cause I've never seen a gaming company work so hard to please their customers.

But enough praise, on with the show. If you've already seen this video, just bare with me, cause it's still a great player made trailer.

FE Trailer

Thumbs up loved it, it describes the game some, but unless you get in there and let your imagination run wild with the game lore the quests and stories/sub stories/plots you will not get the complete feeling of it. I cannot fathom why more people are not playing this game it should be right up there as one of the bests. My guess is they thinking the same thing i did, this game was last on my list, after DAOC ive tried em all from Silkroad to Darkfall.

 Here is to FE a game that after playing it for free til lvl 10 i jus had to get the one year prepaid subscription for it.

I have been playing MMOs for about 12 years now and I have seriously played probably 75% of them (last few years I have been trying every single F2P I could sign up for). For some reason Fallen Earth was last on my list.

I just started a week ago and omfg it rules! This is by far a sand box dream game! I am so mad that I didnt try it before. Problem now is that I paid for the CE of RIFT and have been playing the headstart. I will be back at FE once the excitement from RIFT dies down though.

This is one badass game EVERY player should at least give a shot. The devs deserve support for this polished masterpiece!

Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion. Every one has a right to dispute what they do not like. But what I cannot fathom is how this particular MMO is not bigger. Contrary to belief the game, for what it is, is doing very well. The fact that new updates are coming out every month means that the company does have the money and that the game is not failing. I have only been playing MMOs for 4 years. I have played: EQ1, EQ1, WoW, EvE, WAR, Vangaurd, Aion, Rift (right now), Darkfall, Mortal Online, Guild Wars, Age Of Conan. Fallen Earth still blows me away. If I was not in school I would play it more because it is non-casual and needs a lot of your time. Seeing this fan-made video made me smile. The game is just an amazing experience. Whenever the "Fallout MMO" hits peopel will flock to it but I will not....this game, this mmo, is truely an experience and that is what people in MMOs have been waiting for...they just still want elves. which never made sense to me.

really enjoyed that video, fair enought it lacked any combat but not everything is about combat, this trailer captured the essence of the game world very well. as a returning player (starting from scratch with a few friends) this only showed me what i have to look forward to at later levels.

Aww, just cause there wasn't any combat scenes? Well, it's still a well made video and much better than a lot of the crap I've watched about other games. I'll admit, it's more melodramatic than what you'ld expect from a MMO trailer, but as someone else said, MMO's arent just about combat.

Played this for a few months and I have to say its one of the better MMO's out there, It also has one of the best crafting systems around, on par with SWG. From what I understood before I left they were working on implementing player housing which would for me personally be a deal maker and would prompt my return.

I left due to lack of players and lack of group content, the PvP was ok, the factions were abit grindy but overall a solid game that will provide many week/months of enjoyment. If you liked SWG Pre NGE you will probably like this. Give it a go!

I guess it is because the audience liking games that try to be very realistic is tiny.
