If you got some sort of server error, database error or some other timeout error while trying to register you might be out of luck. It depends on where you were in the registration process. If you're error came after entering step four then you might be alright. Just give it 24 hours and see if you get the confirmation email. If not then you are probably SOL. The system will think that your beta code has been used but you didn't get to the last part of the registration process that creates your account, so the code is lost to the ether... At that point there is nothing you can really do except hope to get another code.
Edit: typing is hard ------------------------- |

The Earthrise password reset tool is via email to support@earthrise.com. I've emailed them and have not received a response in the initial 5 hours. Still waiting. |

I sent an e-mail to MMORPG explaining this issue I had with them. They generously sent me another key that they apparently had for their staff to use. Really grateful for them! |

I got to step 4, entered information, clicked submit, and was re-directed to the login site. When I tried to login it says, "invalid password". I sent them an e-mail, but from what I've been reading here, I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for a response. Not a great first impression imo.
