DDO really improved - they have been putting out new modules, new gear, events - sooo much quicker since going F2P.  Hands down the winner!

Only mmo i played this year, and after a long year break when back seen alot of new content and really enjoyed my time in Kithai and T3. Good luck for destiny in Tier 4.

I hate to admit it, but I have started up  my old WoW account again. The content is still unimpressively easy, BUT still, the lower-end content is refreshing. I am amused for now, until BioWare finally releases SW:TOR or funcom releases The Secret World.

I think WoW, it is astounding how much they have changed the 1-60 experience, i never mind starting a new character and the visuals have also been improved like those of the water effects. This has by far been  the biggest change.

I vote WoW. Its really the only MMO I play and really pay attention to.  I dabble in others but most of my MMO game time is WoW. Cataclysm turned out really well, It feels like a revamped Vanilla version, and I think that attracts a lot of people.

WoW hands down. Between 3.3 n 4.03, WoW is definitely most improved n for the better.

Imo, ever since Blizzard introduced a motorcycle mount in WoW a couple of expansions ago they have gone downhill. A freaking MOTORCYCLE!!! Sorry folks, WoW is not the most improved.

Age of Conan gets the nod in this category.

If you think Cataclysm will not be voted to the top blindly and with zero disregard to the others, you're crazy..

Why even bother..

This one is tough ,

Aion (cause they tried to westernise it more and move away from eastern standards)

EVE (cause they tried to make stuff more simple , thus appeal to bigger audience)

CoX (finally crossover change and moral stories choices that had minor impact)

In the end i choose CoX cause they trying a lot of revolutionair options , instead of copy paste and sticking with the familiar tree .

Sadly maybe it wont work out for the best , still its the one that makes the biggest impact there changes on the MMORPG scenes .

Tough I'd say, WoW couldn't improve mush cuase it really didn't suck, and the things that people may have not liked about WoW still hasn't changed in Cata.

Some other games had a lot improve from, I heard some good about Aion, AoC and EVE.

I'm somewhat in doubt on what I heard about Aion and will not go back to playing it ever so im deciding between.

Loving the revamped AOC!!!  If WOW had the AOC Graphics and not the kiddie cartoons I would give it a go.

Funcom did a lot to improve Age of Conan. The Graphics, the Factions, the PvP, the new PvE Areas in Khitai. And it runs in dx10 now. So it will get my Vote.

AoC, not only beacuse of expansion, but also for AMAZING 2.1 patch. I'm pretty sure that AoC is one of the best MMO right now.
