These look a little better than that terrible video they released recently. With these angles that dont show much it almost convinces you this game might be epic, but with what little info we have been getting combined with the quality of said info, I'm skeptical. |

this Screen are the same as the previous SS, the Video was terrible because it is captured in a CB, which of course, not all Stuffs are in the game, and Graphics are toned down i think this is what the OB Video would looks like ( even if i dont know when, prolly aroud mid next year ) So What Now? |

The previous video was clunky and not the best representation of what I had hoped to see associated with ER at this point either. It previously did give me a whooahhh jolt, and not in a good sence, since I'm anticipating this title.
But the screens are always nice to progressively see. I appreciate it, and hope that the game-play lives up to my expectations. For me, it's going to be about the Massively-Multiplayer fluid and open game-play, as long as the graphics are good, the game-play environment is dynamic and non-sterile, but alive with environmental creatures, foliage, and interactive elements. |

Yeah these look great! The game does have some gorgeous looking environments and seeing players and npc's in it is cool. But look at screenshot #3, the feet look hovered above the ground a little. I have noticed this alot in the video and other screenshots. It is like the character models have a hard time looking like they are apart of the environment perhaps. Very weird. To me the most disappointing thing about the video was that it made it obvious that we are not getting this game any time soon. Oh well. I have moved my attentions and excitement to Rift for now. |

Originally posted by I_Return well, in a way, yes but this is also MHS's problem at the moment, the engine they use are the one back in 2008, which hit them back on their extended release by the time ER is released, the graphics would be pretty outdated ( but this game hype isn't the graphics after all, so not a big deal i guess ) So What Now? |

Originally posted by TweFoju It is a good thing that MHS made their own engine. So they can do what CCP does and update there own engine as time goes by. I am not too worked about graphics as like you said that is not what Earthrise is about. |

The graphics looks perfectly acceptable to me, although I too notice the 'floating' look.
I'd be happy to play a game that looks like this for the foreseeable future if the gameplay is good.
