We really don't need this crap right now. If this gets full blown, it'll be ugly and make everybody forget about the middle east. Seriously, I'm so sick and tired of wars. EQ1-AC1-DAOC-FFXI-L2-EQ2-WoW-DDO-GW-LoTR-VG-WAR |

Where's Obama's star power and diplomatic skills? I thought for sure 2 years ago people have said he would get NK to stop going nuclear, and would stop Iran from enriching uranium...all through diplomacy. EQ1-AC1-DAOC-FFXI-L2-EQ2-WoW-DDO-GW-LoTR-VG-WAR |

Expect Japan to go nuclear right quick like. Trade in material assumptions for spiritual facts and make permanent progress. |

I feel so much better knowing that Chairman Obama is our glorious leader. His vast understanding of the American character ensures that we will never have to go to war. His formative years spent in Indonesia taught him how to rule....er, I mean govern. He has left a vacume in Asia the ME. U.S. has 28.000 troops on the DMV line And below we have the happy DMV Butterfly Family
Left to right: Didi, Jiji and Mimi the happy DMZ butterfly family. Not pictured: Uhoh the Stuxnet-infected centrifuge.

i say we actually let the people who declared the war handle it this time. let the UN fix it. Lets do what the rest of the world wants USA to do , sit back and watch and do nothing , lets see how that turns out. Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups. |

Seoul would be destroyed in the first week by the artillery alone. Just like it was last time. It might not be a war NK can win, but they can certainly extract a very high price for any victory against them.
And in my opinion they are up for it. |

Originally posted by Swafdawg23 NK say SK fired first, NK say SK fired first. Quel suprise! SK aren't exactly reknowned for having decent soldiers any more than the NK are reknowned for being pussies.
When you engage in military excersises in disputed areas on the frontline you should expect this sort of thing. I don't really buy into the idea of Osama provoking this kind of a conflict. America benefits most from maintaining the Status Quo. But the brinkmanship is by no means confined to NK alone. |
