I was looking for a game to dual box in. I'm only going to purchase the games in December when I'm on vacation. I've tried Vanguard, AoC, EQ2, WoW and Fallen Earth. I'm willing to play those again since its been some time since I tried those. Grouping is a must. I'm high level in both EQ2 and Vanguard so if there is still a community in those I'll consider going back and single boxing.
I'd prefer to keep it under U$60 for each account to start out and then the subscriptions. |

The best game to dual-client in is EVE, hands down. Writer / Musician / Game Designer Now Playing: Skyrim, Wurm Online, Tropico 4 |

Unfortunately I tried that and I don't have the finesse required to enjoy that game. |

Originally posted by Tezcat Pretty much. I suggested it because it's the most simple scheme to handle with dual-clients. Just set it and forget it gameplay. I dunno how you expect to do this in a WoW-style game without a bot of some sort... but maybe that's the plan. Writer / Musician / Game Designer Now Playing: Skyrim, Wurm Online, Tropico 4 |

My issue is not with learning how to dual box, it's with playing the game. I don't like Eve. I can arrange a dual-monitor setup, although I think it's possible on one high-res monitor. |

Guild Wars is a good game to duel clients on, you can pick The Complete Colection very cheap now. If you do go the GW route then make sure you start off in Nightfall thus allowing you to get early access to the heros you will need to duel client the game. |

Eve would be easiest but you dont like it you could try wow and just basically have some afk healer type character that heals you when you get low it could be the master account of a refer a friend and stay out of the party and you could grant it up levels later but thats only one every 2 lvls so dual boxign imo without a bot is a just not practical. |

Lots of people dual box Lineage 2 with a buffer for the box. You really only need to switch over to buff and maybe top off your health. The game has very specialized classes so the buffers have almost nothing to do outside of buffing. Very sad for them. It is a very group oriented game but also very mob grind oriented. Getting into groups becomes the norm and pretty easy once you get to the higher levels like 70+ Also, Perpetuum is a new, small but surprisingly fun game that dual boxes easily. It is pretty much EVE meet Mechwarrior. If you didn't like EVE at all then this probably wont fly for you. If you kinda liked EVE but got lost or didn't like just certain things about it then this might be a good one. If you get into the industrial or mining aspect of the game then dual or more boxing is the norm. $10 a month for each subscription and no box to buy. It has been released for less than two weeks so you are not far behind if you want to give it a go. |

I would say everquest 1, I used to even 6 box sometimes and its doable on one screen. |

I know Eve has already been suggested so this title may be out for you too, but tons of people are multi-boxing in Perpetuum. RIFGAMERS.COM - Multi-Platform Gaming Community |

Do you want to dual box group content with a group or by yourself? Are you trying to dual box when you cannot find a group and single box with a group? |

I have only dualboxed in EVE and WoW. While EVE is decent game, the dualboxing experience isn't anything amazing. It's more due to getting the advantage of extra moneyflow, the dualboxing in itself isn't exactly enjoyable.
WoW on the other hand isn't as decent game in many ways, but dualboxing I found a lot of fun. You have a lot of possibilities for making different challenges for you multiboxing team, and it'scan get very difficult to maintain, as long you don't go 5 elemental shamans or something like that. My latest dualboxing duo was protection warrior and restoration druid. I leveled the almost solely by doing random dungeons. Controlling tank and healer at the same is quite hectic became stressful at times, but you can consider going with pally instead for easier tanking. Two damage dealers work very well as well, as always. Something like two hunters are probably rediculously powerful and fairly easy to control. The thing about WoW dual boxing is that you have always room for improvement, I feel, especialy if you go for unorthodox compinations. Dualboxing old content is one of those things I could still come back to WoW for. |

Google ISBoxer Then use it in EQ1, EQ2, LOTRO, WoW, or whatever game you want. WoW is by far the easiest, the rest require some in game macros such as /assist /follow etc |
