If you’re carrying nothing it won’t weigh you down |
well, on the thread of the 11 most compelling conspiracies there is some batshit insane stuff like jews staying home from work and flight 93 didn't really crash and instead landed safely somewhere and had its passengers killed/hidden, and that the crash site was faked with scorched earth and airplane parts but this one youtube is good enough reason for 9/11 to be re-examined http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNtTcS2vrUg reading the comments on the youtube page is very interesting |

I don't find any 9/11 conspiracy theories to be particularly compelling. Do we the people know every single detail of every single event that transpired that day? No. But I've seen enough of these alternative theories completely debunked to conclude that the "official version" of what happened is probably the closest version that exists to what actually happened. |

I put faith into my leaders; if I am unable to do so, then I am living in a broken country and it is my responsibility to join my countrymen in establishing a government that isn't broken. Our leaders tell us that 9/11 is the work of terrorists, and it is for this reason that we are currently in this War on Terror. If this is not true, and our leaders know that this isn't true, then our leadership is broken, and it needs to be replaced. At this time I am unable to draw the conclusion that our leaders are lying to us, and so therefore I do not believe that our leadership is broken. I thus will continue to put faith into my leaders and believe that 9/11 is the work of terrorists. "Listen, you fuckers, you screwheads. Here is a man who would not take it anymore. A man who stood up against the scum, the cunts, the dogs, the filth, the shit. Here is a man who stood up." - Robert DeNiro |

Okay, just so you know I'm a skeptic of 911 theories so I'm walking into this suspicious. I watched a little bit of the video. Before I go any further, is this another one of those 'we found materials that don't make sense/the steel wouldn't melt that way/the government blew it up somehow' videos? I'm not trolling, but I've seen a ton of those. If you assure me it's not one of those I will continue watching the entire 10 minutes. |

Originally posted by Thrakk What's your intent? Are you trying to incite us to do something? The only thing that 9/11 conspiracies achieve is civil unrest... and as we can learn from Vietnam, our leadership cares quite a lot about what the people think... if they perceive that the whole populus is going mad over this fantasy that 9/11 was caused by alien invaders or... secret government agents planting bombs... then what are they meant to think? We're becoming a nation of skeptics and crazies... it is essential that we have trust for our leaders and aren't trying to undermine everything that they do and it make it seem like they're trying to make us all slaves. If there is one thing that America will show to the future world, it is that democracy becomes a problem when a vast segment of your population is full of these ignorant, skeptical cults that are so out-of-touch with reality that your system isn't really able to function anymore. Edward Gibbon blamed the fall of the Roman Empire on a loss of civic virtue... do we really have to let this be the case again before we learn the importance of being sane, trusting individuals in a working society? a real investigation will hopefully be under way ^perhaps the most important youtube yet real patriots who love truth want answers for 9/11 several familiy members of those who died want the complete truth
tons of thermite found beneath the buildings which didn't occur naturally, freefall accelerations of controlled demolitions, giant chunks of building thrown great lengths by blasting power, all the melting metal, all the witness accounts of explosions, recordings of the sound of multiple explosions... the youtube says it better

"These microspheres, the iron microspheres, are endemic in all of the WTC dust - in fact USGS found them and documented them first and other environmental firms like RJ Lee. These previously molten iron microscopes comprise 6% of the dust in some cases found ontop of the Dolchavank(?) building, everywhere really, and by the way they say - supporters of the official story will say that is just from the cleanup equipment and the welding and so forth - no, these are up on top of the high-rises, they're collected even in some samples in ten minutes, up on the brooklyn bridge a sample was collected within 10 minutes of the collapse of the towers. no, these are not polluted and it is documented very well by official sources. these have the chemical evidence of thermite... very clear chemical fingerprint of thermite" |

You don't understand... it is the principle of the matter. Our leaders have told us that 9/11 was carried out by the terrorists that we are presently fighting... it is our duty as good citizens then to trust that this is so. It is also our duty as good citizens to trust that if our leaders are not telling us something, that they are doing it for our own good, and that they eventually will tell us when the time is right to do so. If we are unable to make these assumptions and have these variables in place, then our leadership is comprimised and it is our duty to overthrow the current government and install a new one. What is your pick? Faith in the current government, or armed uprising to replace our current system? "Listen, you fuckers, you screwheads. Here is a man who would not take it anymore. A man who stood up against the scum, the cunts, the dogs, the filth, the shit. Here is a man who stood up." - Robert DeNiro |

Originally posted by zchmrkenhoff you can investigate 9/11 correctly and continue with our agenda whatever happens will happen. conspiracies could be finally proven bunk or perhaps there really is controlled demolitions. whatever happens, we will attack the issue as it comes I pick the truth... investigating 9/11 more thoroughly |

The only conspiracy I believe to be even remotely true is the one where they say the Fed govt. knew about it. Thought it was bunk (or information from one branch of security wasn't sent/got lost between another branch of security) and then through inaction let it happen.
That's pretty much the only one that is plausible. In America I have bad teeth. If I lived in England my teeth would be perfect. |

Originally posted by seabass2003 But that's not a conspiracy theory, it's just failing to prevent it. If you manage to get through airport security with a gun it's most likely that they missed it, not necessarily that they are purposely letting people with weapons through |
