Details of restrictions (since I've been asked) are as follows...

• Cannot trade player-to-player, send items via mail or use the Exchange.
• Cannot send in-game tells except those on the friends list (but can receive all tells)
• Cannot participate in zone chat
• Cannot send a friend request, or team/fleet invites (but can receive and accept them)
• Cannot play beyond level 3, or access missions other than "Stranded in Space," once outside of the tutorial Episode.

So, time for a new batch. Remember, if these run out you can go to http://www.startrekonline.com/demo and try the game out from there as well! Otherwise, use one of the following keys at http://www.startrekonline.com/enter_key (you'll need a Cryptic account first off though!)

looking for a buddy key not a referral to the demo... Would really like to try the game out not play like a 20 minutes demo...

those were demo referall keys for the buddty key...

Here's how it works:

1. Visit the Star Trek Online Buddy Key claim center to claim your key.
2. Click "Claim My Buddy Key."
3. You'll be redirected to your account page. In the upper-right corner, you'll see a section labeled "Unused Keys." Your Buddy Key will appear there!
4. Send your friend the Buddy Key, as well as a link to the Star Trek Online key registration page. (To claim the Key, your friend will need to create a Cryptic account if he or she hasn't yet.)
5. Your friend is ready to enjoy Star Trek Online. He or she can download the client at our download page.
 

I would like a buddy key please.

I would like a 5 day trial as well. I think most of the keys posted here are for the demo, not the 5 day trial. If someone would send me a key by PM or email me greg0325 at hotmail dot com I would really appreciate it.
