btw level 1-50 have been addressed in two parts. One half in 1.9, the second in 2.0, so 1.9 isnt the finishing touch of what leveling up from 1-50 is supposed to be. 1.9 added about 100 quest per faction including the dailies, increased XP rewards from quest (some by multiple million) varying on quests and allowed quite a few quests to be repeatable. plus the other changes on prices and vendors etc. The changes are worth about 100 Million additional XP per faction over the course from 1 to 50. 2.0 adds a set of about 20 new quest per faction for 1-49 and addresses dungeonecontent, (Firertemple has been addressed in 2.0 not in 1.9 yet) and changes loot and pacing of dungeons in general aside from Dark Poeta. Plus the two new solodungeons for some more lore address and of course leveling up. The positive part about contentpatches of Aion is that they allways address all levelranges, up and down, with new stuff whether western player asked for it or not. It might be uncomortable for people used to get allways a new batch of new "endgame" while lower levels are barely or not addressed at all. Nielsen game ratings - Jan 2012 Top-Games: World of Warcraft played 2x more than LOL; WoW played 6 times more than Aion |

To be honest I came back to the game and started a new character for 1.9. The game is still the same as ever except that unlike release there is no longer a good influx of same-level players to PvP against in the Abyss. 95% of the time you're going to be going up against guys who have a good number of levels and gear up on you and in Aion that matters a lot. I didn't care that I was getting ganked (its just a little annoying is all) but I did care that there was honestly nothing of interest going on anymore in the mid levels. I ended up getting to the mid 30's before quitting again. (I was a level 50 back near release).
