Naw your mistaken, i think most vets would agree that paying for EVE right off the bat is fairly hard to do and imo not worth it. Once you get a hang of the game and know how stuff works then it's a viable option but ye in general it is expensive.

Ensemble will be a full sandbox, browser based and completely free with RMT benefits that can be gained in game...when it's out. Alpha is supposed to start on the 25th of this month.
