Because i'm on both Second Life and Earth Eternal and i use a fox avatar on both,so i feel that WOW needs a fox avatar for those who want to play foxes. |

The more you hype an upcoming game in your mind, the more it will fail to meet your expectations. |

Other than earth eternal which you already brought up, the only game I can remember with a Fox race was Vanguard. Vanguard's Raki were anthro-foxes. |

Unless they find a way to make the fox avatar look intense instead of cute I have to say I couldn't agree with you. Personally I'm pretty pissed that gnomes exist, I always thought they were supposed to be mythical creatures that hide in your garden. My point is that the game doesn't need any more races that dont look battle-ready. Maybe a fox avatar works in games geared more towards a younger audience(Earth Eternal) or ones that arent based around combat(Second Life), but in wow having a cute little fox warrior that could take me in a fight would tick me off pretty bad. |

Maybe in other games is foxen a good race to choose. But plz remember that there's NO any foxen in the history of Azeroth. How could it appear? WOW is a great game with long histories. Not the other games, especially from Korea, has only a very simple background. |

I wish World of Warcraft had Player Housing, because then all these new games would too. |

Yeah that is cute, we need the fox to be baring its bloodstained teeth, perhaps halfway through eating the corpse of some unfortunate beast, with the entrails of which at its feet. |

So go for the fox - I think they should have bunnies too - I mean seriously. |

You already have a Wolf type race in the game. A fox is not far off from that. It would be way too similar to put in the game considering its not in the lore at all. Gnome and goblin are about as close as you will get. If goblins were not in the game prior you wouldnt see them as its just too similar. But hey, Actiblizzard has suprised me before (see: shiny pony, armor recolors, armor for doing ezmode heroics, the list goes on) so really anything could happen with this company. |

This game does not need a new race. Not all, but a lot have played the game enough to have at least tried each class they have an interest in. The prob me and a lot of my pals ran into is losing interest with not enough classes. I know it's tough to balance with adding new classes, but thats why I paid my sub fee. To support the dev's doing work. When CATA hit I came back and saw the new races. Wasn't anything to do myself since I didn't see the point in rolling a new race after I had tried all the classes. New races won't do sqaut for this game. As to the OP. Foxes? Really? RIP Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan and Paul Gray. |

In honesty, I don't want any anthro-foxes in WoW. People asked for worgen and look what they got:

Foxen would look horrible and I mean HORRIBLE without tails. And I do not see WoW making a race with long bushy tails. It just isnt set up for that graphicswise. And yes I think the shaman picture is cute. As for worgen, they really arent supposed to be cute -- and while people love to try to furry-ize the anthro-animals, worgen were born in violence, and only through exemplary action, control their minds. It makes a lot of sense for them to be gritty. Having them be cute would be like having the undead be cute. They were cursed. All this said, yes I do like seeing heroic anthro-animal races, but you have to have a world set up for that -- not overlayed onto it. |

Originally posted by Chaotic16 Yes problem. 1) As I stated WoW doesn't need another race. 2) As others have stated, Foxes are in no way part of the lore of Azeroth and don't belong in WoW. Not saying it's impossible to get them in there, just saying it would be outta place. 3) It's a fox enough said. RIP Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan and Paul Gray. |
