Heya everyone, this is an community announcement to let everyone know that we've updated our forum theme heavily. No longer are we of the drab, gray and rainy look, for we've spent countless hours the last few days working to make sure our forums are now bright, full of life and of pleasant colors.

How does ffxiv still not have a guild section? SWTOR has 1!!! and its over a year away still. meh Ill go post in site suggestion forum.

When is this game supposed to release?

I've heard sometime this spring, but it doesn't seem like it's that close. I mean the website still isn't complete, there isn't hardly any game footage out there and I haven't seen any official estimates from squaresoft.

Like one thread on an LS for FFXIV is that bad considering all the other crap we have to wade through every day...gimmie a break!  It would be nice to have such a forum though...ah well!

And SE has stated 2010, but with a 6mo beta planned, and it prolly won't start until March, then a late fall or early winter launch sounds about right!

That's the idea, and to start getting to know each a little; gaming wise and forming our own dependable community that'll be prepared to jump in and play together come launch...hehe

It looks like they are doing things diffrent but i think it will be for the best.

I think the Guild name is a joke but hey! that's my opinion i guess.

So its been decided that I and a few others shall be returning to FFXI on Feb 1st.

Small update, apparently I can't return to FFXI until Feb 2nd, or be charged for the entire month of Jan also...oh well.  Also we now have at least 5 or more members in-game already on trial or new accounts learning the ropes and playing together with new lvl 1 characters, or jobs.

Stop on by our forums if you'd like to join us...it'll be quite a bit of fun.

Yeah that's a bummer.  I'm in the same boat and have been eyeing Eldritch Eponym.  I played at release and again a year or two back.  Will most likely start fresh on Fenrir while waiting for FFXIV!

Well everyone, we have been adventuring in Vana'diel once again since the 2nd of February, many earlier than that.  We're up to around 10-14 active members daily, but we'd love for more to come and join us.  See ya on our forums or contact us in-game.

Almost every new player that has joined us are well on their way into their adventure, beyond level 30, have several adv. jobs unlocked and leveling those too, and a few of us have even started doing BCNM 30s on the side in hopes of getting some illustrious drops for our characters or to sell.

If you'd like to give FFXI a trial and see what its all about, come and join us and we'll help you get started when/where we can...
