if you were having the same issue as me (everything was out of place and just insane) try clearing your cache (Tools= Clear recent history= click on cache only) it helped me alot |

I only have problems when posting something. The Post Body shows quotes in html format when I use the option Quote in a thread.
White lines that I create in my reaction get ignored (I guess it expects me edit my own html < br >'s too). Im using Firefox 3.5.7 under Linux.
EDIt: had to make sure the browser doesnt understand the < br > :p doh!

Update (I didnt edit because white lines are ignored atm): If I edit my own post, the white lines seem to be intact from the original post, but after posting it, they are gone again.

I think that the problem is that I cant use the enhanced editor. Chosing between the two editing systems, doesnt work. I used to have the toolbars with font, style and colour choices etc, but since a few days (weeks?) it wont appear anymore.
During that time, I didnt change any browser settings (javascript and java are still enabled), but had an update to firefox. (Again sry for the large wall of text, cant make whitelines work.)

Doesn't FF have a quarter of the market now?

Using same Firefox version (3.5.7) with default settings under Linux and Windows. No problem under windows, but with Linux the enhanced editor doesnt work. I have to use html for textformatting :/ I have no problems with flash, javascript or posting using Firefox/Linux on the following websites :official SWG forums, forums.fallenearth.com, www.guildwarsguru.com, guildwars.incgamers.com. My impression is that last MMORPG.com update has compability issues with linux/firefox combo. |

It's not Firefox, it's mmorpg.com. It's the only website I *used to* visit regularly that'd give me this kind of problem. When I still used Opera as my main browser, mmorpg.com was the only site that I had problems accessing (see my post for explanation); it'd get stuck while loading, so I had to refresh it manually a few times to fix it. I currently use Firefox and again, mmorpg.com is the only website to cause problems. Last time I came here, the website would greet me with some kind of error code in a JS popup. Another thing is the post editor, both BBML and the enhanced one, randomly delete BBCode tags. Once again, no other website does this. Fix the code. |
