Looks like they have started shipping the pre-order boxes... woot...

It seems there is still some confusion as to whether we started shipping or not.

We did.
Countries furthest off in relation to Sweden are being shipped first of course in oder to have the product arrive more or less at the same time to most customers.

Keep in mind that customers that bought a Full Loot Bag will receive those later (approx. around late January) due to the problem with the artwork book.
As you know, you are being compensated with additional free game time for that inconvenience.

That is pretty technical.

actully it will have a cd with an outdated client and then at release you have the option to get an updated cd

If I remember correctly the devs have mentioned that the boxes sent out now have the .15 patch(one earlier  from the current beta test version) in them. You will then have to update to the release version when the game launches. Pretty much standard procedure.

It's amazing to me that people are so excited when this should have been given regular updates and options all the way through.

An update every week that they are late would have been nice, even if it's a one-liner. Instead we waited since September until now to get an update that they are "in the process of shipping."

I'd rather have my money back, because that's technically the legal way of going about it. I don't even want the product any more.

An update every week they are late? They had the entire q4 as the potential ship timeframe and it just happens to be 1 week aftet that timeframe. Everyone knows that september wasn't the timeframe only the beginning of it.

Spin? they stated that the game could start shipping as early as september and release was scheduled for Q4, as early as september is not "september and only september" the timeframe for release was Q4.

 Regular updates won't make boxes to come any faster and I don't think any1 with common sense would have expected them to ship boxes at September. LOL

not really beta is just extra. but i had an extra 50 to spend and i REAd the darn warning like poeple should have in the first place. but meh not svs fault people cant read

You can read all you want.  It's SVs fault for making you BELIEVE they can do things they cannot.  This is why they had to return my money.  They can SAY anything they like... but they have to follow the rules just like everyone else.
