Looks like Rom's son Nog set the stardard for Ferengi in Starfleet. I wonder how many have some action on the side, watch your ships equipment. Family man first, Gamer second! ArmySurplus makes no apologies if someone other than him has already posted his reply in part or otherwise. He can’t be expected to read every single post on a thread and makes no promise to do so. If you posted a similar reply before him you undoubtedly stole his thoughts and used them without his written authorization. Please return to your post and edit it so that his post is the first to state whatever the hell he was thinking at the time. Thank you! |

Well you do get the Klingons in a PvP setting. They do have some PvE and are adding more. Here is a video from the STOked S1 E16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3suw_NenJC0
The Episode was a good watch if you want to watch it. http://www.jupiterbroadcasting.com/?p=1544 “How many people long for that "past, simpler, and better world," I wonder, without ever recognizing the truth that perhaps it was they who were simpler and better, and not the world about them?” |

Those were both interesting. Now I got to say this. We have pvmp in lotro, and it sucks as a side game, I don't get games to pvp im more of a pve person. I was hoping that when this game came out i could get a bird of prey and stay constantly in the klingon realm of things. It is good they might be adding some stuff later on, but its really not what I was expecting, and I got to say I bet a lot of folks are thinking the same thing, then maybe not. I just might be in the minority on this. Who knows. |

From what they said in the video. The Klingon side of the game will be way more complicated than PvMP in LOTRO. You will have the complete character setup you have on the Fed side. The Klingons will have many ships with BO's to change and upgrade with all the skills that go with it. You will have PvE and PvP missions, but not many PvE at the start, to do. Many of the PvP missions will have other Klingons and Feds to battle against. With the one server for all, the amount of players wanting to PvP will be from every sub online. That will increase the pool for PvP.
If you just want to have a Kilingon and a bird of prey, you may have to PvP some to advance. I could be wrong seeing the PvE in the video. But PvP is to be the main focus of the Klingons. “How many people long for that "past, simpler, and better world," I wonder, without ever recognizing the truth that perhaps it was they who were simpler and better, and not the world about them?” |
