I was having an issue in game with a guild building and contacted support. They said they would forward it off to the developers as they have seen nothing changed or loss. Yet everyone including myself can see we had a missing building. Needless to say 4-5 tickets in 4-5 months for the same issue with no resolution. So I take the problem to the ROM forums hoping to get something resolved. BIG MISTAKE! The GM Icarii banned me stating I was ranting and that I sent in a doctored's screenshot. VERY VERY Unprofessional. I later found out that wasn't really Icarii that banned me, but rather someone else with his account. Yet Another Unprofessional tact by Frogster. So now my account is completely banned with 3-4k of unused diamonds. I sent an email asking to be refunded the value of those diamonds. They won't even acknowledge, nor will they refund $50-$65 which is the value of those diamonds. I've recently filed a paypal disputre for their thieft of money paid for virtual item access which is not longer available. However, Paypal has yet to respond to my complaint. The first dispute was closed. So I say to anyone who reads this, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER with this company. They WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. And they will not PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT WHATSOEVER.

yeah the game is a joke. I played it for a while, id be damned if i pay for this game the way its set up. and the horror stories ive heard both in game, and the forums. but what can u expect from a F2P game. 3.4ghz Phenom II X4 965, 8GB PC12800 DDR3 GSKILL, EVGA 285 GTX 1GB, 640GB HD SATA II, BFG 1000WATT PSU. I played it for a short time didnt care for the game. I m sorry for your loss. Best advice is to stay away from Frogster games in the future. (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH fires plungers at Frogster HQ) Everyone on MMORPG.com before every thread put the letters IMO as you and I dont speak for the gaming community or anyone else. PPl take these F2P games way too seriously. WTH would I have 3-4k diamonds sitting around for? So my account could get hacked or I get banned and lose it all (may want to check the fine print in their agreement, its probably written somewhere that they can ban players regardless of how many diamonds they have) ? This is RMT we are talking here.
I recently downloaded the game and I like it. Its a great "second" game for when I'm not playing Fallen Earth and its free. I spent a few dollars on some diamonds to buy a horse, thats all that company is getting from me. Maybe later I may spend a few more but I'm not going to exceed what I spend on a P2P game (around 15-20 per month) and there are other ways to get diamonds in game. Just take this as a lesson learned and move on. RMT games always have CS issues as far as I can see. Never, ever invest that much real money in these games. Current Games: TERA, D3 |

There's nothing in those links indicating poor customer service. You posted, they said they'd forward it to the developers or asked you to submit a ticket (which is appropriate). I'd rather see the allegedly doctored screenshot. Please note, I'm not particularly happy with their customer service either. The one ticket I submitted they closed and more-or-less said "we can't help you, sorry". IN my case, it's that I could no longer login to the game after the Elven Prophecy patch. They recommended I upgrade my graphics drivers, except that my drivers were the most recent production drivers available for my GPU (there was a beta driver available, however). I really do think they have poor customer service, but until you post evidence you're just another 1-poster ranting. It's just one guy's word. ~Ripper |

ok here is the screenshots if you still do not believe me. This all happened when a patch came out and it removed our Academy, Library and Stable. So I rebuilt the Academy and then there was a message posted in game like 10 hours later saying do not upgrade or create guild castles or buildings. Well by then it was too late. When they went to revert it back to whatever they broke. Only the Library and stable returned. No Academy. So I lost the resources and had to build again.

Ticket: DPI-421747 We finally got our Library and Stable back. Thank you. However, our Academy is missing. We had a level 3 Academy. What I did today was deleted the lot and created a new lot. As you can see there are more tickets with the last one submitted Oct 31st. So this went on from the 1.9 patch. We had to rebuild our own Academy. Frogster would not resolve the issue nore would they reimburse us for the loss. |

Not defending the way this was handled, but it sounds to me like something that Frogster couldn't fix and had to be forwarded to Runewaker, which who knows how long that could take. I have to agree it's a sucky situation, but I'm not sure what you expect with a game where we don't have direct contact with the developer. For what it's worth, I've had similar problems with Blizzard. MMO games would be pretty cool if it weren't for the people. |

So my game account is unbanned, however I am banned from the forums still. I have no idea why the GM unbanned me. Also as you can see none of the GM's sign their names in the emails. The only reason why I know this was from Cirus was because of the "FROM" header. So therefore, I have access to my account again. |
