you REALLY do not want to play ANY game from this company.

The only thing I can think of to sum it up is the word Nightmare.

Customer service=non-existant

Functional game updates in ANY game they put out=Slim to none.

 

Trust me, supporting a shoddy company whos only motivation is access to your credit card, a man asking for another hole in his head

If you're talking about Gala-Net, I would have to disagree to a certain extent. I have yet to be ignored by their support staff. I sent a lot of emails regarding Rappelz and my gPotato profile, and each one was answered within a day or two.
