Now I have had mmorpg.com as my homesite for many years and as most old timers know the ranking really means nothing.

But, I have been thinking about it and correlating it to my MMO gaming and found that it actually does mean something.

Not in the way you might expect though!

I have, along with many others, been up and down that scale so many times it is just silly.

But why is that?

And the answer was so simple.

The less MMO's i play the higher my rating is here.

For the obvious reason that when I am not playing I spend a lot of time here.

The conclusion of this can only be that the less my experience is with the current MMO market the higher my rating on one of the most highly regarded MMO sites will be.

And Vice Versa!

Not saying this is true for all of us, exceptions are everywere, but none the less.

Again, ranking here means very little, if anything, but it is there.

Ultimately my question would be, what is the point?

Be well all, and discuss!
