This will be my first MMORPG which should I get. Please also post why and if other what game is other.

I voted other because I think Final Fantasy XI might interest you more. Or possibly you should try a f2p MMO out to see if you like the genre. |

World of Warcraft is a great starter MMO because it's simple enough to understand and get into.

August 2004? Lineage 2 was the FOTM with WOW and EQ2 looming rapidly on the horizon.
