Seems that Raiden and a few other have been on quite a crusade.  Saying anything he deems "bad".  Will get you either a lock thread, and/or a temp banning.  Who needs lack of updates?  When you can let Raiden chase away your community with half the effort.  Someone asked why they are putting updates on their twitter page, but not the Home Page or Forums.  That person got issued a temp ban on posting.

Things that will get your post lock and possibility of a temp ban:

Mentioning sGE

Posting a picture of something in sGE

Asking about when rest of 2.9 is coming

Asking about when 3.0 is coming

Questioning what's taking so long for the patches

Quoting an old info release about when rest of 2.9 and 3.0 could be expected (because they missed the date)

Telling Raiden that his responses to customers is rude

This and many other reasons is why I quit Grind of the new world and am currently enjoying a game with content outside of killing 400 zombie dogs :)

LOL!!!  Omg!!!  So basically, they don't want players to mention how bad the game is, they just want money?

 I logged on this evening and saw that sGE Rembrandt now has a 3rd channel......   Isn't this the SAME 3RD channel us former Orspeians have been asking for  since.... oh i don't know.... forever?!?

My bf and I are dying laughing, because we got SOTNW banning folks for even thinking about updates and patches---- and sGE decides to just add another channel to Rembrandt because it's a day ending in -y?

DRATS!!!  I forgot it was Thursday in Singapore-- It was the maintainence channel thingy.  

Not that it mattered.  Playing from Florida I don't experience the lag and random f-ups on sGE. So, I guess there'd be no need for a 3rd channel anyway... lol

i think the 3rd channel is only used for super fights, the server is still two channels

Well we had 9 months without an update, some people got really mad at waiting and Raiden (among other AM's) went into frenzy with the bans...that's no way to threat your costumers/potential costumers, K2 is only interested in money, money & money...wen SotNW was "dead" Warrock was the cash cow of K2 but seems that K2 decided to move their entire work team to SotNW and now Warrock is full of hackers more like what SotNW felt durin the "dark ages".

WOW im glad i never tried this game now.. i thought about it months ago but never had time... if thats how they are running things lmao it will never dirty my HDD with its filth..

tho personally i find warrock the biggest pos on the planet.. cloned from CS and CtF games and still just as crappy..
i dont think sotnw will survive much longer if thats how they treat the players. from experiance players rarely stay with a game that slaps them for stupid crap lolol

People won't leave because the game allows them to work and live, while they leave the PC on doing the hard work, so they come back on weekend and enjoy the lvls their characters won mainly for PvP in this "Faction Wars" event that has been stagnant for almost 1 year in Bristia Server, which other game allows you to AFK lvl your characters?

I think the main function of SotNW is a screensaver worth 5 GB with "chat" included, but if you don't belong to a clan people will never ever talk to you.

actually there are a few F2P games that offer afk leveling but not many are full 3d or as quality graphic'ed.

tho one has to wonder, where video games are created to produce enjoyment and fun.. where is the fun and enjoyment of letting your toon level afk while your sleeping?? in most games thats shuned and looked down on its treated on par almost with hacking and using 3rd party macros to do similer actions.
on top of that you wind up not learning the skills to play your character as you didnt level it by hand... all of which makes me wonder whats the point? may as well make a toon max level if you level it afk, im sure i could leave my pc running 24/7 (already do but just sys programs) but honestly whats the point. there is no real enjoyment from it can you honestly sit and boast with your pals or guild mates on your levels if you spent a month leveling from 1-XX by afk?? i mean sure WoW fan boys boast of their leet levels and junk but can sotnw do the same???

personally i would rather level by hand and boast at the fact i go to X level by hand, explored X regions and junk rather then boasting about afk leveling X hours per day :/ owell there are casuals and hard core gamers... but this takes the cake O_O...

well you can still migrate to the SEA (south east asia) server, i know some players that are living in the United States but they aren't experiencing bad latencies and lags

and the community is a bit lively there (although only few are left in the game, but still the servers are lively)

Nah I'm not interested in Granado Espada in general, sure the game is fun and all, but you need to get Gold to go somewhere and being honest it's impossible to beat top tier players that have been playing for 2+ years if you don't dedicate your wallet & your time specially with the ridicilous spawn time for raids Gryffon is the best example, wait 48~60 hours for the egg to spawn then get some action for less than 10 minutes, no thanks im done with it.
 

well that's some of the problems there, raids that lets you compete with other players, the big spender wins of course

but so far they are introducing more instance raids, meaning you can have your own room to raid, no more worries of competing against rival factions
