Will you be grouping with people from just your battlegroup? Or is it everyone in the entire game?

I'm really not sure, I've been trying to find out too, it makes sense its your battle group though with a group consisting of at-least 7 servers and as many as 15 that's a huge pool to pull players from.

It should be everyone from your battlegroup.  So like 20 servers.  You can still group with people from your own server as well.

Expect battlegroup. Chances are the PvE PUG system will piggy-back the already existant PvP BG system. It keeps things really simple for a programmer to modify existing code rather than strip and rebuild. All-realm LFG would require additional testing rather than being able to rely on work that's already been done (for BGs), as well.
