He's trying to buy IT services to do one of a few things. The most likely would probably be taking a project that was abandoned late in it's developement cycle and prepare it for an actual release. Another possiblity would be wanting to know how much it would cost to get a "bare bone" MMO that is ready for release. I miss how my old computer kept the house warmer in winter :( |

That's what I thought as well, but some of the wording's a little ambiguous. 'Recycle successful'? 'Genre priority'? Just an odd mix of terms/priorities. |
