Requirements:
1 . unabridged and complete,
2 . can be compiled, operated,
3 . can be remade development,
4 . no copyright limited.
5 . Priority:korean,any other coutry
6 . 2D or 3D etc
7 . Genre Priority:Historical Fantasy Sci-Fi Sports
8 . Priority:latest version,old version.


Development Platforms: VC6 /VC.NET2003 /VC.NET2005

Application platforms: 32Bit operate system / WINDOWS XP/2003/2008/WINDOWS 7,etc.

He's trying to buy IT services to do one of a few things.    The most likely would probably be taking a project that was abandoned late in it's developement cycle and prepare it for an actual release.

Another possiblity would be wanting to know how much it would cost to get a "bare bone" MMO that is ready for release.

Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.

That's what I thought as well, but some of the wording's a little ambiguous. 'Recycle successful'? 'Genre priority'?

Just an odd mix of terms/priorities.

Even the simplest "technical" terms enter the WTH territory between languages.
