Darkfall is more popular than WoW around here, face the truth.

The reason it gets so many hits is due to what someone posted earlier (some twitter related link) and the fact that people who have no interest in the game/hate the game/like to annoy the fanboys keep coming back to the forums to make posts about the game.

So when you notice that the game has so many unique hits just remember, you are helping it reach those hits :P

I don't "tweet" (so not sure how it works), but apparently twitter is the culprit. Something to do with a link on that site.

hmmm sounds like flame :) jking darkfall is fun just no one likes it cuz there all care bears lmao. im no fanboy i just injoy the game to the max. I think its getting hits cuz the expansion is coming out in like a week and then transfers.

I can see it being useful for somethings like say a movie director/actor working on a movie everyone is hyped about so they can give those fans short tid bits of info.

Most people use it to tell the world the most retarded things though, like "eating dinner watching Fringe" or "took dump and ran out of TP..."

So apparently someone made a twitter bot for the MMORPG's darkfall section. If you look at the twitter page its just post from this forum section. Odd that someone would do that, even more odd that it has 10k followers.

Your OP is off target because it assumes that the increase in daily hits coincided with the release of the "Scariest Releases" MMORPG.COM article.  That would be a wrong assumption.  Good try though.
