The screen shots that I posted were taken last night, by me. You can CAPSLOCK rage and call people out all you want but the fact is that bots are there. Look at the screen shots! Or maybe I staged them? lol

If you want to see for yourself, level an Asmo on Israphel to 20 and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Oh and one more thing. Do you know what your post reads like after I posted those screen shots? Like a child that sticks his fingers in his ears and goes "LALALALALALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU!" Lol keep at it.

Lets clear a few things up.  First off, I have said I have seen bots in AION.  What I did say was at least 9 out of 10 PCs I see in game are REAL PLAYERS.  I also have said, I have gone entire play sessions without seeing any suspected bots.  Come to Lumiel, meet up with me AND I WILL SHOW YOU.  So, I am not saying bots dont exist in AION.  They exist in every MMO I have played -- yes, including wow.  So the issue isnt are there bots -- the issue is, is it as out of control as you drama queens are trying so hard to make it be ? -- the answer is NO.    For example, let me show you how selective you people are -- you and others have rambled on about BOT LEGIONS all controlling zones and all mobs and people cant quest -- etc etc etc -- LIES.  Your pictures of a few random, lone bots mean nothing other then what I have already admitted -- there are bots in AION -- just not nearly as many as you people claim.  But there are bots in wow and other MMOs too -- So, whats your point ?  I can buy gold for wow -- so I guess wow is overrun by bots and gold farmers ?  Get a clue guy.   This is a problem for the entire MMO scene.  It is not however anything new or isolated to any one game and it is not anything that should prevetn someone from enjoying the game of your choice. 
 

Here is the bottom line -- in 10 years I have played alot of MMOs.  I have seen bots in them all -- I could if I chose to, I could buy gold or power levelling services in ANY and ALL of them.  My offer stands, come to LUMIEL and we will see if this problem is a fraction of what you and others claim to be.    You and your friends are drama queens.  Plain and Simple. 

First of all some of the pics I have posted contain bots that are in the same area, killing the same mobs. One of the pictures I posted, had three bots who literally farmed out the whole lake. The other pics had two bots farming Spriggs in the same area. Only one of the bots I have posted was all alone and that's the bot that was in the snowy area. Second of all, I don't need to go to your server to see bots. I have enough on the server I play on.

Of course there are more real players than bots. Any idiot can figure that out. But there are a lot of bots. More than in any MMO I have seen, excluding Lineage II. Even using your estimate, 1 out of 10 is still a lot if the population is large. What's bad is because of the way kill rights work in Aion, these bots can be disruptive to real players. They and their gold also mess up the in-game economy.

Look, you can pretend that bots are a non-issue and call people out to come to your server (which is only one server out of fourteen total btw) all you want, the fact is that the bots are there. I've seen them, others have seen them and just because you haven't been affected by them, it doesn't mean that every one else is lying.

And lastly, instead of calling others out, when you know that no one in their right mind will level a character to 20 on another server and another faction just to prove you wrong, why don't you level an asmo character on another server and prove yourself wrong?

Aion devs know that the game has problems and that's why they are working on ways to fix them. Playing down Aion's problems and deliberately misleading people, as some people have done on these boards, is doing this game a disservice and creates more and more disgruntled players.

good idea.  I will level an Asmo just to find out that you and others are the drama queens I know you to be.  if the problems were as big as you and others claim to be, this would be all servers all races etc.  Not to mention, I have been in the zones and areas someone claimed you couldnt kill any quest mobs -- lol.  too funny and also ironic as I just spent most of the day breezing through quests in said area.  guess it happens everywhere else except where I am ?

Neither do I.  Dont be so quick to prove how ignorant you are.  On 11.30 I will /QUIT if I still crash.  GAME OVER. QUIT.  The game has issues, but the bot stories are grossly over-exaggerated beyong belief.  The system crashes are very real and a big problems for me.  on 11/30 I am gone if it isnt fixed. 

I hope I dont have to, as I find the game quite enjoyable.  But the fact remains, I wont play any game if I find a game breaking problem.   And AION has one that must be fixed for me to stay.

Look, I'm done with this conversation. It's beyond pointless now. I posted pics of the bots and you continue to downplay the problem. That's fine, we all have opinions and not all of them agree. You don't consider bots to be a problem, I do. For you, crashing is a game breaking issue, for me it's the bots and the gold spam private shops.

dont have pics as i left the legion when i found out but ride the shepouf legion has several botters and even went  so far as to joke on vent on how they werent getting caught a good portion of the legion was/is using bots in order to lvl and make gold whether they have plans to sell on a website no idea but i do know that quite a few used bots and openly spoke about it in ventrilo

Let me say this all AGAIN.  I, as an Elyos, level 24 have not encountered a bot legion.  The PCs in those pictures may all be banned by now. 
 

ALSO, I Will say (yet again) I realize there are bots in AION -- there are bots in wow, etc etc etc --   As I also said, it is being blown way out of proportion.

As I said, I have NEVER had a problem, finishing a quest and/or getting KSd from any bots.

As I said., the vast majortiy of PCs I run into are legit GUILDED players.

1) When did I state the bans happened ?

2) When did I make posts saying botting is not an issue (to make this real easy on you, was it before the bannings took place or after) ?

not sure if you remember, but a few weeks back -- ncsoft had a massive ban -- many, many players (most of whom I assume and believe were guilty) claimed they werent botting/cheating/buying gold.  Its not as if ncsoft isnt addressing the issue. 

 

First you say it isn't an issue...now it is.  I'm amazed at the flippy-floppyness of a lot of the fans of games on this forum.  It borders on hilarious.

Way to resort to name calling.  No wonder people complain about the community.  Earlier you said that bots were not an issue, then (as I highlighted in red), you say it is.  That was my point.  I have no idea why you brought up bans....

you can try and run this around in circles all you want.  I proved my point and made you look like a fool in the process.

So you know what, Tyvolus1? I'm calling you out. Make an Asmo character on Israphel, run him to lvl 20 and show me that there are no bots. I freaking dare you.

Let me say this all AGAIN.  I, as an Elyos, level 24 have not encountered a bot legion.  The PCs in those pictures may all be banned by now. 
 

ALSO, I Will say (yet again) I realize there are bots in AION -- there are bots in wow, etc etc etc --   As I also said, it is being blown way out of proportion.

As I said, I have NEVER had a problem, finishing a quest and/or getting KSd from any bots.

As I said., the vast majortiy of PCs I run into are legit GUILDED players.

Your pictures prove nothing then what has been admitted by me and others before -- yes AION has bots, as does every other freaking MMO.  You dont think wow has bots ? 

Again, the problem is not as big as you make it to be.  Also, dont call me out to spend time levelling an ALT, I play the game every day, and I have long maintained, where my character is and will prove to anyone that there is not a bot problem where I am at.  Someone specifically claimed where I was you couldnt even quest there were so many bots.  Funny I spent that day questing with ZERO problems.

I have been playing since release and am barely 24 and you think Im going to roll an Asmo just to see that you are some raging drama queen ?  no thanks.   Come to Lumiel, anyone who doesnt beleive me, and I will show you the bot problem isnt the issue you and others claim it to be.

BTW, I'm trying to do a quest which requires me to kill the undead at Havenjark Farm. Guess what? I can't because the Li Ning legion has it on farm status

You have shown him numerous examples of the bot infestation within AION.  Whomever can't see the OBVIOUS Bots in AION needs to have their head examined.  Thats why my Sub is CANCELLED with that POS botters paradise of a game. 
 

Bots haven't been an issue with PvE for me... They are only there at level20-25 then there aren't any, also they kill less mobs then there are in the area and you can also pull large groups of mobs onto them and let them die becuase they are usually a Glad using Aoe. The gold spamming has practically stopped now with the latest patch updates i've seen like 1 spammer a day of playing, then they get banned quick anyway. Once you hit 25 you go to the abyss and there are no bots there. :D! Takes more then just a few crap bots to ruin this game imho.
